joe did a great job but I know the mechanic diagnosis was wrong. I paid more than $600 dollars to get an oil leak fixed and I still have the problem. If i want to get the oil leak fixed,i would have to pay again to really find the problem. I will never come back to Victory Honda to get any repair and i will advise all my friends not to go to that dealership.
I will start by saying my salesman was really great. But the sales manager pretty much took over the deal and that’s where things went wrong! went to Victory Honda last year looking for a trade in of my 2008 Saturn. I needed better gas mileage because I drive a lot for work. They got me in a used 2010 civic because they could not find me financing for a new one. The car was not there that day so they had me test drive a different civic. I felt very pressured and rushed to buy the car, I had my 3 year old son with me and at this point just figured they would have me come back the next day when car was there to do all of the purchasing paper work. But they actually wanted me to do everything that night without even seeing the car. I purchased my previous car from them so I trusted them. Bad move on my part… They said, “drive this car for a year and next year we’ll get you into a new Honda!”. Well here we are a year later, driving a car I do not like and and paying way too much for..they knew what my situation would be in a year!…upside down on my loan, Honda will not even lease to me. I have so much negative equity. The car is being appraised at 8,000 an I owe almost 19,000. And the car is in the exact same condition as when I bought it, other than the miles. They sold me a used car for the price of a new one, made a nice commission off of me and now they can do NOTHING for me. Lesson learned… Never trust a used car sales manager!
I will write to Honda of America re this car dealership dishonest, rude arrogant way of treating customers. I hope that this dealership will be closed in the future.Nobody will cry with you Mr floor manager. You will end up retiring soon.
asked if there was an available CRV EX-L with a specific stock number as I found it on the internet online. When I spoke to the floor manager he says there is no available color or a specific stock number. What you find in their website is not real. He is so rude and have no telephone manners, he just hang up on you. Hey Mr. Floor manager of Victory Honda, you sound old, arrogant and rude maybe you should retire if you cannot provide good customer service. I know that this dealership gives a lot of incentives that other Honda dealers do not. This is way of compensating for their arrogance, rudeness and way of winning people to buy their cars. You should remember that no amount of advertisement will replace a satisfied customer. You will not able to sell your cars and you will end up with large inventory as a lot of people will avoid your dealership.
I walked in to inquire about a new Honda Vehicle. The sales person seemed like uninterested. She would not give me a price for the vehicle, because first she wanted my commitment to BUY. Well how stupid is this. Who would buy without knowing the price. Customer service is totally lacking. very deceptive methods of making a sale. Dishonest and arrogant attitude.
stated he doesn’t like to play games when a consumer is out in the market searching for the right car at the right price. did a favor on god for letting me drive the new Odyssey around the block! i wonder when was the last time u ever sold a car. all he wanted to do was sell a dam car, get a lil bonus go home to his lousy lame life.always hated the service department, not the sales department is on the bottom of my list. people at the parts department are very professional. spoke to the general manager also (john) who seemed to least bothered for his workers attitude and didn’t care for getting new customers, damn he also hung up at the end.
i ended up going back to Lafontain Honda in dearborn, MI. Sales man are so at ease and so welcoming, made me and my wife feel at home. Truely a family deal!
il also be letting honda of america know about victory hone located in plymouth mi
very bad!!!!
dont waste your time!!!!!
Mr. Don learn to respect people and treat others like the way you and your family would like to be treated.
Keep up with those life lessons and you might see some $$$ for u and your family!
MISTAKE: WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALER EVEN TO MY ENEMY!!!
They treat people like they are fools and insult customers. Basically they will lie to you about pricing – no sales tax, life time oil change, etc. These are so gimicky. Basically they have their price. You have to name a price above that price. If you don’t, you are such a bad customer that they will not hesitate to insult you. They can tell “from their experience” if you will buy a car or not. Expect to be treated that way. That means, you cannot walk into that store without money in your pocket and no matter what, without a mindset of not buying a car from them. Be prepared to buy under any circumstances or at any price. Otherwise, you will be insulted. You would expect the Manager to be nicer and more responsible. This guy, John, he is one of the most obnoxious manager I have ever seen. No matter what he thinks of himself, he is still a crock car salesman. God bless America that such school dropouts make more money than most smart people and me such arrogant.
TRUE DAT ON THE MANAGER PART…MORE OVER TRUE ON EVERYTHING!!!!
Please read till the end. We had a very bad experience with Victory Honda. I and my wife were looking to lease a 2010 Honda Pilot EX-L since there were offers on the 2010 pilot. Because we could not find the color we want at Troy Honda we decided to check with Victory Honda. So my wife called the dealership and talked to KT “a sales person”; she told him specifically that she was calling to check if they have any 2010 honda EX-L for lease before we drive all the way from Troy to Plymoth, and he said yes we do have 3 of them. Two hours later after we arrived we found out that the sales person lied to us to get us to their dealership. They had 2011 model instead of 2010 which they have no offers on them. Before even discussing the lease price he asked us for our SSN to run a credit check on us. We were shocked and told him we are not willing to run a credit check until after we have a deal on the SUV. We asked him about his asking price and he refused to tell us. He finally asked us to talk to John the sales manager who was very rude and arrogant. He refused to tell what he wants for the SUV and insisted to know what we had in mind. when I gave him my price he did his math and said “nop have a good day”, he almost kiked us out.
