There is a reason the Better Business Bureau gives Infiniti of Norwood an “F” (BBB.org).The most difficult painful part of te process was dealing with Ken Hubbell, the sales manager. I tried to speak with him about some concerns I had. He was beyond rude and unprofessional and blamed me, the customer, for many of the hassles I was trying to talk to him about and told me to take my business elsewhere. More than happy to do that in the future. Probably the worst manager of ANY business I have had the displeasure of dealing with for years. Strongly recommend youdo business elsewhere. As a first time Infiniti buyer, I do not know if this is reflective of poor customer service for the company at large or not. Horrible.
