On Saturday, August 14th I went to Classic Hyundai in Round Rock. To be honest I wasn’t in the best of moods and did NOT look forward to the car buying experience. That prior Monday I was in a car accident which resulted in a couple of emergency room visits and my car being totaled. Sales Rep. Yakila Hollins asked what my car interests were and began helping me. I told him I was frustrated because I hadn’t planned on purchasing a car. Hollins worked through my apprehensive disposition. Patiently we test drove several cars as he explained, in detail, each of the cars’ amenities.
I explained to him that I was in a bind for time because my insurance would stop covering the rental car soon. I also expressed concerns regarding qualifying for a loan. Hollins adamantly said to me, “You will leave this car lot TODAY with a new car.” I told him I seriously doubted it. After I selected the car of my choice we went into his office and began the paperwork. Hollins submitted the paperwork to the finance manager. During the wait time not only did Hollins keep me abreast with updates from the finance manager but he also made sure I was comfortable by offering me cold beverages etc.
I was shocked and elated when Hollins walked into his office, extended his hand for a handshake and notified me that I qualified. As I drove off the lot in my new 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe I thought to myself that Hollins delivered on a promise that he made earlier that morning.
I’d highly recommend Yakila Hollins to anyone who is searching for a new car. Hollins has an impressive knowledge base about cars; he’s courteous and sincerely cares about customer needs.

My fiancée and I went here because I get my ’06 Hyundai serviced here and like Hyandai vehicles. Forget the saleperson’s name, tall gangly dark skinned fellow from the middle east or an african country. Initially pleasant but seriously, even after telling him we just wanted pricing info and to take a test drive kept pushing for the ‘what will it take to get us to sign now’ crap. The sales manager is obnoxious as well, While their service department is pretty decent, I will NEVER purchase a car from here. The entire sales group we dealt with were like a bad scene from a used car dealership in the 60s.
