I went to this dealership twice. The first time, the salesman I had (who thought the gas tank on an Elantra held 7 gallons) kept calling for about three months after being told I wasn’t ready to purchase. I went in again about a year later and was not greeted by anyone for about 15 minutes. Bob finally introduced himself and could not remember my or my husband’s names. We wanted to see the Santa Fe. He showed us the most expensive one (Limited) on the lot and NEVER offered to give us a test drive. We told him a basic model is fine. “Let me check downstairs” was his response. He came back 10 minutes later, smelling of cigarettes and saying he had none in stock but could look elsewhere for us. They only had ONE Santa Fe?? He found a few that were priced just as high as the Limited version. Then he tried to push one of these on us without even letting us drive one first. We told him how much we could spend and he said he would “talk to his manager.” The “manager” gave us a nasty look from his “office” and Bob came back with 2 used Santa Fe’s that were ridiculously priced. We then asked if we could see an Elantra Touring. Bob said, “We have none in stock because they sell very quickly.” Right… I haven’t seen any on the road. He told us to call tomorrow when the “new car manager” is in and he could tell us when they are getting more Elantras. We left, called Fucillo, and were told they had plenty of Elantra Tourings in stock. That’s where I bought my car. We went to Lia because it is closer to home. I would drive 100 miles out of my way on a tricycle than go back to that dealership.
