My boyfriend bought a car from this dealer. I must say it was a great experience . Our sales girl… Piper was great and so were the managers Mike and John. We were treated wonderful and we are very very happy with our purchase . We got the best deal there and shopped them. If you are thinking about buying a Hyundai Defintely buy from this dealership!
U was surprised to see add pinstripping and uv paint protection this average 1900 to 1997 per car. I do not know how stupid BURNS is but I called three paint shops and got prices from 500 to 900 dollars. There first impression was terrabile more used cars then new.It took over half hour to see one car.It took over five hours to buy a car.The sales manager is Idiot he must think everyone is dumb as him. Example twenty and car with five thousand four hundred and fifty down came back with first offer of 389.00 per month for 72 months. The finance mamager should be fired he insulted me and my wife more then once.I will never buy another car from BURNS again there operation is a joke and will never recommend to any of my friend family associates or colleagues. Burns is a shameful example to Hyuandai. I will be writing to BBB bureau and every blog and website that I can find for as long as I am alive. Came in to Burns two requests one from my wife and it was heated mirrors and mine bluetooth the sales man said no problem at the close of the sale came and said car did not have bluetooth. I justed Paid two rhousand dollars at a quality Hyundai dealer to have it put in my wifes car.I have wrote Hyuandai corporate office and have posted comment to every web site and blog and i can find. This company has many complaints with many different cusomer affairs associations I guess that they do not care that REPUTATION is everything in business.
I purchased a 2010 Santa Fe. The dealership was great and Sarah was amazing! I had gotten pricing from other dealerships after I left, but she didn’t stop calling. She followed up with me and made sure I was happy. She got me a great price for my Santa Fe and I am very pleased with the level of professionalism from my salesperson and from the dealership. I never had a good opinion of sales people, especially car sales people. However, Sal is nothing like the stereotypical sales person. He worked very hard and got me a FANTASTIC deal on a 2009 Genesis sedan! He over delivered and was honest and fair. He was the reason I decided to buy from Burns Hyundai. I’ve had the car about a week now, and I’m very happy with it. I shopped a long time and checked six dealerships. I almost purchased from City Hyundai but Sal was the deciding factor. They couldn’t match Burns’ deal either!
