I’ve the area business and Google has Several numerous entries for it, all of these are usually completely wrong. Just how do i generate the correct itemizing and erase the mediocre ones? Yahoo doesn’t show anyplace tips about ways to do this, will tell.
You cannot erase bad reviews…they are there for a reason. If you had a good experience, then write about it. You should not try to silence the people who have had very bad experiences at this dealership. I cannot believe they have changed since my visit…but I also cannot believe they can possibly stay in business with their current model. They need to wake up and respect the customer. There are too many options in today’s connected world to be forced to deal with dis-reputable establishments.
Went in to buy a car, after taking my deposit and waiting 4 days hearing absolutely nothing I went into dealership and two men were in finance office the first man was extremely nice asking why I was looking for my deposit back exc I explained I have waited 4 days with no calls emails exc he was very apologetic. The younger man to the left of him jumped in and proceeded to tell me it was a holiday weekend and they sold 100 plus cars, I explained mine was suppose to be one of them but I never received calls back, then he proceeded to tell me I wasted his time. I looked at him and said you really don’t need to be so rude, he then proceeded to repeate himself on how they sold 100 plus cars and I shouldn’t of expected a call when they where busy, I again told him I wanted my deposit back and my buisness was taken elsewhere where we bought a vehicle and they had absolutely no problem helping us and making sure all buisness was treated the same no one was forgot about or just a number. Then he proceeded to tell me he can’t find my paperwork and where is my receipt showing my CASH deposit, I had to drive another 35 min away to get my deposit paperwork for him to magically find it right in front of him to tell me I now have to wait until the buisness office gets a chance to now send me a check in the mail! The finance office is a JOKE, my sales man was great couldn’t of asked for someone better! Buyer beware you are just a number!
This place is a joke. I have no idea how they are able to stay in business with all the other options available nowadays. They have a terrible reputation and dont seem to care. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS…THEY WILL LIE, CHEAT AND STEAL!
I was forced to purchase 2 Hyundai Tucson’s in March 2012 in order to get the one that I really wanted. I purchased the first one due to all of the extra’s that I was promised IF I purchased on that first day, otherwise all of the extra’s went away. About 10 days after my purchase my salesman (Miguel) called to inform me that they had located the color of the Tucson that I really wanted & asked if I was interested. I asked if it was going to be an even trade but since I had driven the first Tucson off the lot it was now a “Used Vehicle” and by trading it in for the one that I really wanted, it literally cost me a few thousand dollars to do so. Although, Jim the finance manager didn’t help by promising me $6,500. for my trade-in and I later found out that I only received $6,000. Whenever I followed-up by leaving them a very low rating in the customer survey that I received in an email, I had a number of manager’s asking me why and I honestly told them that I didn’t care for the way that I was treated. One of the manager’s, Damian Tsika offered me 5 free oil changes and 2 tire rotations to compensate me for my loss. On Monday October 1, 2012 I called the service department to set up an appointment for my first oil change. I informed the woman on the phone about my “free oil changes” and she confirmed it and told me that it was noted in their computer. My appointment was scheduled for the following day at 11:00 a.m. and I was told to bring a copy of the email that I had received which promised me the free oil changes. I arrived at the service department on October 2nd about 10 minutes early & I gave my copy of the email to the man at the service desk. He told me that it would take about an hour and to have a seat in their waiting area which I did. About 15 minutes later, a well-dressed man opened the door from the service department and called my name so I got up and followed him. He led me out of the building where I saw my Tucson parked and he then notified me that they were not going to perform any type of service on my vehicle due to my previous complaints. I asked him why I wasn’t informed of this the day before when I called to schedule the appointment and he just fed me a line of B.S. He told me that any other Hyundai dealership would service my Tucson but the free offer’s were nolonger any good. I have high blood pressure and was very upset when I heard this news. Since I will never do business with these scumbags ever again, I am hoping that what they put me through will make others stop and think before they consider doing any type of business with this crooked organization. I plan on taking ads in local newspapers and leaving other blogs such as this one in as many places as I can so that Route 44 Hyundai will lose as much money as possible to make up for the money that they stole from me. I honestly believe that these people will lie and cheat their own relatives just to make a sale, SO “Buyer Beware”, there are other Hyundai dealership’s out there & as my mother taught me as a young boy, “GOD doesn’t sleep”. By the way the owner of Route 44 Hyundai also owns Route 44 Toyota so you may get the same kind of dishonest treatment if you decide to go there for a new car also. I have no reason to lie about this occurance and you are free to contact me at anytime if you would like to know more.
Setup some way for people to help with the cost of the ads and I will certainly donate. They need to be taught a lesson and the public needs to be informed.
Gave them a $500 deposit for a vehicle they said they could get in 3 or 4 days. Three weeks later, no car and they won’t return my deposit when I told them to cancel the deal.
I HAVE NEVER SEEN A DEALERSHIP LIKE THIS…ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR…DON’T EVEN STOP IN TO LOOK, THEY WILL PRESSURE YOU UNBELIEVABLY.
Went into the dealership to look at a car…just stopped in. Salesman catches us before the door was open to our car…dragged us over to what he wanted to sell, and basically wasted out time. Before we left, he asked for some information, so I politely obliged by going inside. He stalled for a while, asked my personal information, and then went to get his manager. He came back and tried again to get us to buy…then went to get his manager again. Some small sleazy looking guy in a bad suit came over and pressured us some more (the sales manager). He went through every scummy trick in the sales book, trying to get us to buy…eventually getting a little pissed that nothing was working. We walked out.
I have been in the car sales business, and know the sleazy tricks…these guys are scum…in fact they are scummier than the worst scum you have ever seen. It’s like they are out of some bad movie about loser, lying car salesmen.
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE IT HAS THE PLAGUE…DO NOT VISIT, DO NOT CALL, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING, OR THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER.
My wife and I were in the market for two Hyundai Elantras and were pleased with the price offered by the internet salesman there Jeremy. Jeremy set an appointment time for us to meet. We were there early. Another dealer came out to speck with us. He did not introduce himself. He told my wife it didn’t matter that the interior of the car was lighter than she wanted because”she did not have young children”. He then proceeded to tell us “if you don’t want to be here then leave”. Jeremy followed up with me via phone a few days later. When I told him what happened he asked me “if I was sure I was at the Route 44 Hyundai Dealership” because no one there would treat us like that. Well they did. We proceeded to purchase two cars at Bernardi Hyundai in Brockton later that day.
I had a decent experience
hope they paid you well for that response…troll
P.O.S. dealership…lying salesmen(ricky) lying finance manager(tom s.) give you a price …time to buy “sorry we can’t sell it for that #”…set up appointment to do a test drive…show up…”oh sorry I don’t have that model in..you’d think the lying biatch would at least call ya so you don’t waste a drive over there..totally ghetto dealership…scum from top to bottom…will by a toyota instead…they make ernie freakin boch look like a saint
This is Moj from Burlington, ma. I saw elantra 2012 in the hyundai website. Because i have a 3 yrs old kid i would like to buy a car with funny and comfort driving and good stuffs so i chose elantra limited. i searched everywhere near burlington : Mirak, Herb chambers, and so on but unfortunately they were in a shortage of this car so i went to rout 44 hyundai company and purchased a nice blue limited one with the nav. it was really a good deal. but when i wanted my car to be
delivered they told me that some one!!! had an accident with it! i asked em how a preson could drive with e sold car?!!!! i wasreally sad and i wanted em to return my money.
But what wasreally happened overthere?
First I would like you to know got my money back from rout 44 raynham ma and bought a Sonata from Bernadi Hyunday Brockton because despite of everything i was and still am interested in Hyundai. BUT i am disappointed with that dealership rout 44. They hurt me, they hurt me badly. yesterday 7th of july i went there. There were no sign of our saleman that i don’t want t mention his name here but one of his colleagues did the return money stuff for us. Me and my husband told him that we don’t believe the whole story – i mean the crash of car prior delivery – and we asked for the manager. He told us that he wanted to be honest and acturally there were no such crash!!! and the wrost thing was that: i saw the car elantra 2012 outside of the office!!! the only blue they had that its paper was and still is in my bag! with a person sitting inside. I am a General Physician so i can’t be a stupid person to survive in my major here in the us. When you trust a company dealership office it meansyou trust the company itself. If they have 2 or 3 dealerships same as route 44 i ams sorry to say these words but they are finished in the us. you can’t imagine my feelings after hearing such things. They cheated on me for what? more money i think. i wished i had lots of time to spend at court beacause i’ve got all of car paper here with me but i don’t. i have to study hard for my USMLE exams. but i know some one will have this plenty of time for them if they try to do such again.
The least thing i can do is to go to the famous “car advice sites” an let the people know about rout 44 dealership to prevent what has happened for me.
Fortunately the other dealership Bernadi was Great place, had nice people. It was on our way back to home. still far but a nice place to buy a car. I didn’t know if i could afford the price of sonata but when they saw me so sad – i was gonna cry ! believe or not – they did everything to make me happy and i appreciate that . i really liked to have an elantra but i am now happy with my sonata too.
WICKED GREAT dealership! Brett, the internet dealer ship man came to on everything he offered. Responded promptly to all e-mails, calls, and general questions. He is wonderful and i would definitely buy a car from him again!! Cheap prices, great deals, and we LOVE our car!! The finance department was also prompt and very quick with service. Bill R. needs a little more experience, but did provide fine prompt service, and did his best to get the deal completed.
EVERYONE SHOULD GO TO ROUTE 44 HYUNDAI!!! ASK FOR BRETT!

another paid comment!
Route 44 took advantage of my 83 year old father.
He went in to get his older model Sienna serviced. Route 44 sent him home with a 2011 Seinna and he when he returned the following day to get his older Sienna they had him sign papers and sold him the new car.
After a sleepless night he called his son, who asked to see the paperwork. They had not given him any.
They returned the car to the dealership within 18 hours and tried to rectify the situation and recind the title becuase our dad didn’t fully understand what he had done and was very upset by the whole thing.
Route 44 said he signed papers that he could not return the car. His son reveiwed the papers and realized he also signed papers for a remote starter (he did not understand what this is), extended Warrentee (he is 83 and only drives to the market and back), Financed it through Toyota, taxes, interest rate and all (he thought he would pay cash in a few weeks) signed him up for a Toyota credit card (again he did not know this).
The dealership was rude, dismissive and would not discuss any further and they sold our Elderly father the most expensive way possible.
They are Deceitful!
I had such a good experience buying my 2008 Taco here (back in 08) that I came back with some Ice Cream gift cards for Derek, the finance guy, and even the big shot manager that helped me pick up my truck.
Typically I don’t bother with reviews, but I have seen a few bad ones listed I have felt compelled to mention my tale for contrast. I went in with some basic knowledge of what I was looking for, what I wanted to pay, and they worked with me. At the time my credit was pretty grim as well but with a resonable down payment I walked out with a rate lower then a friend of mine who as far as I knew had slightly better credit abit with a lower down payment.
When it’s time for my next Toyota I plan on paying them another visit.

This review was actually for Rt 44 Toyota. However I can’t see how to move or delete this post… >
O boy I need to fill you with my horrible visit to rt44 Huyndai. Fist off I was greeted by salesman Paul and he asked me to speak to salesman Derek because Derek would be helping us out and we did. Now heres the details we encountered. We told them we had horrible credit and Derek assured us that they would get us financed and without any money down. Derek then said if they couldnt get us financed that he would treat our entire family to Stone Forge Restaurant ( which we are a family of seven) well we also cleared up a $400 excise bill which we would have had to do anyway but we expected a smooth road for this deal. We had been told by Derek to voluntarily allow Toyota reposses our current vehicle after he got us into the new car.Well it was four days and we got a deniel so I posted a review because we were very mislead by this dealership(salesmen) and then I recieve a call from Don(sales manager) and he asks were we mistreated and I did try to explain the issues to him as he interrupted me on numerous occasions and then asked if I would take something other then a Sonota and I answered yes and then he hung up and several minutes later called and said he went over credit paperwork and we did not have substancial credit which they knew on day one (dont understand why he would waste time with that) However here we are with no assistance obtaining a car from them with o money down and a $100 dollar a month less car payment as promised by Derek and what about dinner? I would like to be assured that other propective buyers not be put through the lies and deciet this dealership offers. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE
Dear Mr and Mrs Witherell,
Banks from here to southern California all said the same thing, “these people can’t finance a stick of butter with .40 cents down”, no one in thier right mind would ever see fit to give you a loan with you’re established bad credit!! I feel very bad for people like you who bite ( knawed to the bone ) the hand that feeds you. Don’t get mad at the people trying to help you since you don’t want to help yourself. It is not the dealerships fault, or mine Derek, that you don’t pay your bills. I currently know now that they are actively looking for your vehicle. Hopefully you can come up with the payment for your current car or you will be taking public transportation.
Sincerely,
Derek Viverios
They promised us financing in our time of need and we waited 4 days to be told no. Derek states to us that he knows we will leave in a brand new car or he will buy our large family dinner at the stone forge restaurant if we dont leave in a brand new car. We were told they work deals with the banks because they all drink and party together. We had an outstanding excise bill so we borrowed the money to clear it so there wouldnt be any obstacles in preventing the purchase and then for them to inform us we couldnt get approved. What kind of place does that? They mislead us horribly. This dealership I would flag to all propective buyers because they lie and mislead people. I truely hope this review reaches alot of potential buyers DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE SALESMEN THEY JUST SCREW YOU OVER EDWARD AND JEAN WITHERELL 61 WALL STREET BRIDGEWATER,MASS
Wow i cant believe they did this.are they going to make good on the issue? You must contact the attorney general right away sorry for your great trouble with them
So I guees we will not hear from the general manger from Hyandai on our horrible experiance with them and the promises they made. Oh yes let me see it did take 4 days to hear anything about our approval so maybe it will take that long to get a response from the general manager. Hey what about our family free dinner at stone forge doesnt Derek need to forfil his promise. We do have a large family, oh wait we may not have transportation for this outing. So general manager what do you have to say other then sending me over to the toyota dealership with i did on july 15 2009 with not much luck. Jean and Edward Witherell
