Excellent communications skills, she called right away to advise me of the findings, when the part would be in and projected installation. I feel Honda has gone the extra mile to make sure my experience is a pleasant one. Really appreciated the loaner CRV. The loaner car was warmed up and heated seat turned on, very impressed by the courteous service and would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to shop at Honda. Excellent understanding of the busy life people lead and truly appreciate the loaner to make my life easier while my Ridgeline is being repaired.
