My Earnhardt-Honda reviewTerry was out just to make a sale! Carl (BIG RED FAN) and Joey sold me on buying my new 2012 Honda Accord. They put forth the extra effort and time and they were very friendly in the Honda dealing. I bought the car Dec. 23rd and part of the deal was for Earnhardt Honha to install mud guards the next morning (Saturday).Terry said that he would meet me at 10:30am Sat. morning (24th) to scheduled the mud guard install. Terry was not there Saturday. Carl help me out with getting my new Honad scheduled in for the mug guard install. Also I took my new Honda in Sat., Jan.7th for dash mats, which was scheduled for 10:30am, and I had to wait 1 hour and 40 min. for them to get installed. During that wait,Advisor JV did not let me know what was going on and why it was taking so long. I had to walk from the waiting area to his desk to find out. He then went to the service garage and the dash mats were soon put on.What a wait just for them to put dash mats on! Then to top it off–the tall kid drying my car off after a car wash did a bad job of drying off the water spots. I just took the car home and dryed it off myself. Max Cramer
