WALKED INTO HONDA TO LOOK AT A NEW CAR AND WAS SHOCKED TO SEE A MANAGER YELLING AT A YOUNG MAN WHO OBVIOUSLY WORK THERE, THIS WAS INAPPROPRIATE AND SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN, I WALKED OUT AND WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY FUTURE PURCHASES

I am glad that you read my comments, last thursday is when I saw this take place while I was walking around in your new car lot, I happened to be at another dealership
yesterday when I noticed a young man walking out, as he got closer I noticed it was the same young man that I saw being yelled at, I asked him if he worked at grappone honda and he said he did but had just got fired after giving his 2 week notice. I asked him what happened and he said his manager didnt think he was doing a good enough job and that he was tired of being yelled at in front of customers and employees by his boss,I told him I was sorry he lost his job and he said thank you but not to worry because he was going in the army in december, I told him it is not appropriate for a boss to discipline employees in front of other employees or customers I thanked him for his future service to our country and he continued on looking for a job, Now let me say this I have been in a management position my entire life and would never yell at an employee in front of anyone let alone customers,I think someone needs to pull this boss in the office and teach him some communication skills or replace him with someone who knows how to talk to employees the way they should be talked to

I live near the Grappone’s, known them for years. They would not deal on my last five cars. I didn’t ask for anything unrealistic. Their prices are slightly inflated.
Don’t buy parts from Grappone!! They have their pricing matrix set to charge 20 to 50 % above the retail price. I’ve been checking this for years and it has never changed.

Yes, you do over charge. Pick any Honda part, call any other dealer anywhere and your prices are 20-50% higher. I have been comparing prices at all your dealerships for eight years. Grappone is always higher. And your family knows this is being done. Consumers, don’t take just my word, call around. To mix it up some items like ATF will be priced slightly lower but smaller hard parts are much more expensive. I just purchased several trim and engine parts. The $5.96 trim piece was $8.04 from Grappone- 35% more. Ditto for all the other items I bought.
There is nothing to talk about. Your family knows this is going on. So now do some of your repair shop and retail customers. Nice try. If you continue this perhaps I should post the prices with other dealers names.
Just purchased another Honda, my fifth car in five years. But not from Grappone.
Issue was with the after-purchase follow up and dealing with the discovered items that weren’t mentioned at the time of purchase.
Dealer probably saved $700 by not making follow up repairs under warranty for my car but has now lost ~$45K in referrals based on my experience.
