My Honda of Serramonte reviewSales rep Raffy is the worst person I have ever seen. He took 2 days to give my new car. No sincerity, he promises eveything and later says ‘Sorry’ cannot do !… The way I was treated is horrible. Honestly, double check anything or everything the sales rep says on the phone. They say anything to bring the customer to the dealership.
After buying the car, I had to walk out without my car keys. It was a horrible experience a new car buyer can ever have.
