My Patsy Lou Buick GMC reviewI bought this car less than a year ago. I paid $18,000. for it and was under the impression it was certified and bought a warranty which was suppose to be bumper to bumper. I believe neither is true. 2 weeks after having the car I had to have numerous repairs. Nine months later the engine went out at which time the warranty company sent out 2 defective engines and blew out other parts which I had to pay for. I contacted the company and they hung up on me. I contacted Patsy Lou and they gave me the run around. My next step is GM complaint department, if I don’t get results there I will contact the Attorney General. After 2 months of aggravation I finally got my car back.

My Patsy Lou Buick GMC reviewthe promises the saleperson made were not kept, i am use to dealing with honest people and your saleman jack of the mega lot never kept his promises to me. it been now over amonth i try waiting before i wrote this review, but i find i can wait no longer. i wish to receive a response and satisfaction.
I agree I wish my sales rep would show me now that i have a problem the same customer service he showed me before I made the deal and not just well what do you want me to do it worked fine when you left what i want you to do is fix my problem and pretend you really do give a dam
