My name is Ken E., and my wife and I recently purchased the white Mazdaspeed3 you had on the lot. To make a long story a bit shorter, I had been looking for a speed3 for quite a while and last Sunday night at about 10:30 pm I was looking at cars on autotrader.com and came across your posting, which led me to your website to discover you had this car on “special”…so I emailed the link to say I was interested. And at 10:45pm I actually got an email back from Tom – to say the least I was amazed, I figured I would have to call and talk to someone Monday morning, but Tom was on top of things! He was one of the most helpful people I have dealt with. Eventually, Tom introduced me to Josh and I was pleasantly surprised that he was just as helpful! I half expected a “schmoozy,” fake, high pressure sales person; but Josh was great! Your guys were so helpful and “real” that my wife and I drove the 7hrs from Sioux Falls to get the car. As an aside, I grew up in the car business; my father moved our family multiple times to climb the car sales ladder as a general sales manager and general manager of some very big dealerships throughout the south and eventually Chicago…all this to say I know how the car business works and how salesman are and the stereotype they carry, and your guys were better than any sales person I have encountered! Not because they had great charisma or anything like that, but because I genuinely felt they cared!
