My Mike Young Pontiac-Olds-GMC reviewI received a recall on my pontiac vibe. I called the dealership to schedule an appointment and spoke with Mike , he was courteous and very kind he also was able to get my service done within a time frame that worked for my crazy schedule. I dropped by car off at approx 6:15 pm and it was done by 7:15 pm. He answered all my questions and they even cleaned my windshield while it was there. Great customer service and a very friendly staff. I think the service advisor deserves a 4:15 beverage call. Thanks Sincerely Sally Snidersich
