my check engine light came on, took the car to maund for diagnosis and estimate for work. the service manager came to me and explained that the car needed about $5000 worth of work. I took it to another mechanic shop for confirmation. They found a loose connection, repaired it, and reset the check engine light. cost was $200. 1000 miles later still runninng well. everyone was polite but the information given was minimal to make an expensive decision.
I have never been treated like a whatever customer in my life until i had to deal with the worst customer service ever. I will never reccommend anyone to this dealersip! They put you in the cheapest rental ever & mine was not even gased up(omg) it was horrible! I was lied to so many times that it proves Charles Maund is a joke. I like Jaguars, but now after dealing with customer service forget it I will check ou the benz.

These people don’t know what the heck they are doing and strike me as less than honest. Stay far away!
This will be last jaguar unless we have a new dealer in Austin. Can not deal with unprofessional service dept. for another 4 years.
