I dropped my car off and was told it would take 1-2 weeks to fix. I call 2 1/2 weeks later for the status and they tell me that they haven’t even started working on my car.
I was then told that they would work on it when they had a chance.
Horrible customer service and they didn’t offer any solutions other than excuses.
This is actually for Hastings Chrysler, but since the owner is the same I thought it was important to let you know what they think of their customers. I have never been treated as poorly as I was by Bart the General Manager. I bought a used car and 1 week to the day after driving off their lot, I had to have the engine replaced. Bart essentially told me I was out of luck. I was able to negotiate a deal (not to my satisfaction) with the owner. Two weeks after that, the car was parked for a week, and was down 2 quarts of oil and a LARGE oil spill in my garage. Bart again told me I was out of luck. To make a long story short, he called me an idiot for buying a used car from Hastings Chrysler, that they do not warranty their work in the service department, and that they never asked me to buy a car from them. If I could give them a lower score I would!
