Recently, we went in to inquire about trading in our vehicle. To start off, 2 sales associates got into an altercation about who will help us out. Then they came back and offered me lower than the lowest trade in value of my vehicle according to Kelley blue book, I believe the difference was about $6,000. They were not willing to work with us, instead, they brought out our previous contract and threw it in our face about how we got such a good deal last time. It was unacceptable to me so I asked for my keys to leave. Then a different gentlemen came out and tried to persuade me, I will remind you that the trade in amount did not change, I again asked for my keys and proceeded to my vehicle And just as me and my wife buckled up, one if the two salesman came to MY VEHICLE AND OPENED MY DOOR AND STARTED POINTING FINGERS AT ME saying I wasted his time!!!!! I told him to shut my door and I would take my business elsewhere, which I did. And as the salesman walked inside he “mad dogged” me the whole way inside. If I was not with my kids there probably would have been an altercation between him and myself. I purchased a much nicer vehicle at the dealership right next door to them. The other dealership gave me what I believed my trade in was worth and the vehicle I bought was the same price but way higher on the luxury scale. I will never do business with any dealership that is owned by Mark Wiggins, i.e Marks Casa Chrysler, Marks Casa Chevrolet, or anything that starts with “Mark’s Casa.” If you want to get robbed then by all means, go and do business with them, hopefully the salesman won’t try to force their way into your vehicle and yell that you wasted their time if you don’t like what they have to say…
