Awful treatment. Martin has no respect for people and makes it seem like he’s doing you a huge favor when we’ve gotten better offers. He’s very cocky and rude.
I took my car in so they could check mi mirrors, and the backup sensor and for a Tune Up on OCT 22 2009, Of course they charged me to inspect the mirrors $55.00, The sensor $55.00 and service parts (Fuel filter and Sparkplugs only)$94.00 and for the lab mechanichal (or for getting the job done) they charged $435.00. All they did was the tune up and I paid a total of $536.99 . I called them the next day to let them know that the car would “tremble” when I stopped. They told me to bring it back in. I called before bringing it back to the dealership for service with a Service Manager and I was told that they had to charge me $109.00 to recheck the work that they did on my car. The Service Manager said that they had to do an inspection again, and that if the problem was related to the tune up that I would not get charged. But if it was something else that they would charge me…Where is the warranty??? My car was not trembling when i took it in. My car was fine, I just wanted to do the 6month rutine Tune up that you do on every car. They want to recharge me to make sure the job they did was done correctly ??? Why do I have to pay for their mistakes. They did a Report Card Inspection on my car and it says everything was OK, They test drive your cars after they do the service and the person that test drove my car didn’t notice the trembling. I dont think so. And still you have to pay for their mistakes….Dont take your cars there, being dealerships doesnt guarantee that you are on the right hands..Consumers we need to watch out for these kind of dealers.. There no deal here for the consumer.
