I found a vehicle online that I was interested in. Drove over the next day to test drive. I told the saleman, kaleb, my budget. He agreed this vehicle was in my budget. I loved the vehicle and we started negotiations. They brought me a ridiculous price which would have costed me $34,800. MSRP of this vehicle is $22,000! They told me that was the absolute best they could do. I told them no and that I was leaving. The manager stopped me on the way out and somehow they could do a price around $10,000 less! So obviously they thought I was an idiot and were going to take advantage of me. Anyways, I get the vehicle home and the next day the battery is dead. I called them…got transferred to about six different people before they found the most arrogant person they had to deal with it. Long story short…I had to buy my own battery. I will never do business there again and urge others to steer clear of this place.
Purchased a used 2007 GMC Envoy Denali from this dealership and 18 days later I found that the engine needs to be replaced. Their Used Vehicle Limited Warranty is not covering the issue. After spending over 18000 with them they are not returning calls as promised and are walking away from the issue. The used sales manager Dale does not do business the right way. It looks like I’m on the hook for 7K additional to replace the engine. I don’t know how their new car sales team is and service but if you are looking for a used car do not go to Tallahassee Ford, you will be sorry.
After the sale the sales management was rule and threatened when questions about the contact were asked two days after the sale. I see why there is not cool off period on car sales. The Dealerships are crooks and liars.
