The reason I stopped using this dealership for service (and sales) years ago was because of their awful customer service throughout the entire dealership. There was a recall on my vehicle and I had to use this dealership for the repair because they are the only one in the area. Upon my arrival I was treated extremely poorly by both employees in the Service Department. Basically ignored until they were ready to acknowledge me. I began to tell the service person the reason for my visit and was asked to wait. When they did remember I was standing there they took the car keys and told me how long the wait would be and walked away. Another thing, small, but irritating is when the customer service rep calls me by my first name. I feel that is a lack of respect to the customer. Needless to say, this dealership is the worst I’ve ever seen in every aspect. Buying my car there was the worst decision I’ve ever made. I urge people to go elsewhere. Even if it’s a little out of the way. Healy Ford is only interested in the sale. Period.
I was subjected to high pressure sales tactics from concession manager — nothing you couldn’t shake off with a bit of cynicism, but it still let me feel like a rube.
More annoying is that the concession tried to stuff the bill with some $150 glass engraving, with is mostly useless (and costs $19 if you want it aftermarket). They are lucky I needed a car urgently because I’d have walked off otherwise.
