WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER, SOLD ME UNSAFE CAR, MOTOR BOLTS WERE NOT IN ALL THE WAY, AND NOW THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE TITLE BECAUSE I DIDN’T WANT TO FINANCE WITH THEM, BEWARE

I mean it. Unless there is some insanely good deal on a car you have always wanted and you know everything you need to know about that particular model. Otherwise the saleperson who helped me, as nice as he was, knew nothing about the type of car, even admitted he didn’t like Mitsubishis, he owned a Mercedes. After reading terrible reviews of the place, I bought the car anyways because I had done so much research I knew what I wanted and what this car had and I talked them down to the number I actually wanted to pay. But in that hour they let me know quite a few times “oh we’re losing so much money on this car…” (I don’t care! Don’t sell it to me then!). I even got them to agree to fix a couple issues I had with the car much to the dismay of the manager who was on duty (the first extremely rude person, I paid with a check directly from my credit union but he wouldn’t let me drive away with the car unless I signed a “contingency” application for a credit report in case the check bounced)
Bringing the car back for those issues turned out to be a real hassle, they tried to tell me they didn’t agree to “fix” the problems even though I had a signed sheet saying they would. Got the problems fixed and asked for service records of maintenance. They had had the car the past 6 months and driven it over 4000 miles yet had no record of even an oil change done! The only record they had in their system was an oil change done in 2007.
When I questioned this with a gentleman inside named “Frank” (if that was his real name since he refused to give me any more information about himself) I was told that was stupid and they would never work on the cars that were sitting in the lot. Then he told me I was being rude and he literally walked away from me. All I did was politely ask why nothing was ever done on the car if it was driven so long and so far while they had it in their procession.
Overall: the price was decent 🙂 , the vehicles on the lot seemed to be in good physical condition :), the salepeople were extremely unhelpful 😡 and in a couple cases very rude :mad:, and the service department was visibly annoyed I was asking questions about the maintenance on the car 😡 .
In order to keep my warranty I have to go to a Mitsubishi service department but I will happily drive an hour away to get my work done somewhere else.
