My Piedmont Chrysler Jeep Dodge review2006 caravan,took to a local mechanic would not exceed 3000 rpm’s had transmission rebuilt.Same problem existed.I took it to Piedmont CJD and they said they would diagnose it for 95.00, they charged me nearly 400.00 and I still don’t know what’s wrong,neither did they tell me. I ask for a refund and they said no.I throwed 400.00 out the window with No answer,,They told me not to return..They didn’t even give me a sucker!! I will NEVER own a Dodge!! They have No idea what’s wrong with it,so should they not refund my money? 95 is the price they charged 400 but I didn’t get a fixed vehicle Or a diagnosis! I want a refund!!
