Second car we have bought from bill marsh. Bought as is,have multiple issues with vehicle,contacted to see if they would help fix,we pay cost,quoted a much larger price than other local businesses. First car had to have expensive repairs, buying as is shouldnt mean over paying and then over paying againfor repairs. I am buying a new car in the fall,they have lost my business for life. price point/jb byrider on 31 is where we went.

i was sold a brand new off the showroom, defective vehicle covered in scratches and the dealership offerted to trade it in for a non scratched model if i took a 6,000 dollar loss for “DEPRECIATION” ON A WEEK OLD CAR,im still in shock that this type of shyster sale is allowed,and im even more apalled that the main chrysler company WILL NOT HELP–WHERE ARE THE LAWS TO PPOTECT THE BUYER-I WOULD LOVE AN ANSWER TO THIS–I INTEND TO GIVE MY OPINION TO ANYONE THAT ASKS ABOUT BUYING FROM BILL MARCH OR CHRYSLER!I will never return to the dealership nor recommend it to anyone.

My issue is more with service, poor workmanship and they leave it dirty. Best part, I also paid for a oil change and tire rotation and they did not do the work. Complaints to management went no where… THEY ARE SCUM!

my girlfriend bought car here while i was out of town when i got back i could not believ e the condition of this “showroom new car”–its covered with scratches they told her in writibf they would remove–she is very ill and very upset because if anything they made all the deep scrapes worse then i feel they tried to gouge us by offering another c ar at a cost of 4,00-6,000 more dollars! a scandolous outrage–im very very sad but this will go to a local lawyer as BILL MARSH nd CRYSLER CORP WILL DO NOTHING TO FIX THIS!-TRULY UNBELIEVABLE THAT THERE IS A LOT IN MICHIGAN THAT WILL DO NOTHING TO FIX THERFE OWN DAMAGES!Bill Marsh is not even registered with the BBB.WONDER WHY?????????????

Offered me $3500 for my 2005 GMC Sierra 4×4 Kelly blue book “Good”condition” Dealer trade in $6500, for a trade on a 1998 Ford Ranger 2 rear wheel drive with 118000 miles Kelly blue book “Good Condition” $3500. I researched the real values on both trucks for human being to human being sale, and the Ranger was listed at $1500, and my GMC was listed at $8000. I can not believe they would even think i would consider a trade like that. They are preying on people who have been hurt by this economy, fortunately i have enough sense to just walk away. I would suggest no one do any business with the dealer period.Have you ever heard of an honest car dealer, i was expecting to get jacked a little , but not $5000. So if you go there good luck walking out with the shirt on your back if you are even a little bit gullible.

Eric did not keep his word on any of the agreed upon dealings regarding this purchase. Abused my time and made every effort to take advantage of my time and my wallet. Eric kept saying that his lack salesmanship skills where due to ” I’ve been real busy”
The car, however, was a good price.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Bill Marsh Price Point. Honestly, I started at another dealership up the road and my wants and needs were ignored, and they attempted to take advantage of me. I e-mailed Scott Clark in financing and shared my concerns and asked him to let me know if they could help me. I went there the same day and drove home a 2008 Jeep Cherokee for a lower monthly payment than Williams could do on a 2006 Jeep Cherokee. I felt more comfortable with Scott after talking to him for 20 minutes, than I did with the other dealership after 3 hours. Money wasn’t the deciding factor in buying from Bill Marsh. Rather, it was the honesty, and their mission statement stated on their website, and you can tell their dealership lives by it. Scott wasn’t my salesman, but he earned my trust and once I walked in the door he made sure I was taken care of. Thanks to Scott, Chad, and Josh for making my used car buying experience a pleasant one. Chad even went as far as getting my Jeep ready after hours so I could drive it home that night:) Everyone seemed to go over and above for me. Definitely go there, I don’t see how this great team could let you down.

I would recommend buying a car at this dealership! My salesperson Eric Cram, the sales manager Mike West and the finance manager Tammy Reid helped to make my transaction a smooth as silk. The one best Bill Marsh price is more than fair. I was taken through the service department for a tour. I spoke with the service manager, Tom Miller and he answered some maintenance question I had and asked me to call him personally if I needed anything. While on the way out, I had the chance to meet Bill Marsh Jr and was thouroughly impressed by the way he carried himself. We even got into a discussion about our younger days and it turns out we knew each other back in Pennsylvania.
If you want to be treated honestly and fairly, by all means buy or service your car here. You will be glad you did! 😀
