My Butler County Ford reviewI was told they would take my capitol one check but when I got to the dealership they said I had to fill out an application for finance and that it was just a formality but then they refused to take my check and said that capitol one never pays and cancels the checks after they take them. I was treated very poorly by them and then told to go home and cry to someone else! I have never been treated so rudely by anyone. I am contacting an attorney, the BBB and several other people. I was told I could take there financing that was over 17% interest….can you say bait and switch scam. I am contacting capitol one to tell them of the slander committed by Butler Ford also! Get this, the salesman then came to my work and harassed me more and then filed a complaint against me at my job for not serving him and he never came to the rest. for any food, he just used the bathroom by the restaurant and left. He filed a complaint with my boss and now I could lose my job. DON’T go to Butler Ford it could cost you more than you know! Good luck everyone!
