My Buckeye Honda reviewI called this dealer to get a quote for a replacement ignition key for my 05 Pilot. I spoke to a service technician Derick. He was rude and arrogant. He acted like his dealership was the only one that could service my vehicle. I got another quote from 2 dealers in Columbus and Hinderer Honda in Heath that was half the price. I called back to give Derick an opportunity to get my business. He stated they could not match the other quotes so I took my business elsewhere. I will never use this dealer for anything. I will drive the additional 30 minutes to take my vehicle to Hinderer and will be telling all my friends to do the same.
