My Thornton Chevrolet reviewAlmost $2,000 worth of damage to my truck. ”
Took my vehicle in for warranty service and got it back with close to $2,000 worth of damage. I didn’t see it til I got home, so they disagreed that it happened there and said they’d do nothing to fix it. (for 3 days, it was only at their dealership or my home. At home my Truck is parked under 2 spotlights, with 2 cameras on it). They argued about the service problem, then later fixed it when I told them what was causing the problem. Service manager was courteous, but the Service Rep was downright nasty to me. They didn’t charge me for the visit, so I guess they think that makes up for it. In my opinion, if you want an honest dealer, go elsewhere.
Dealers can be disappointing, take your money to someone who will treat you with respect.
