Worst dealership ever!!!!!!!!
Please be aware of these scaming individuals
They prey on people who have little knowledge of car sales.
We were treated like criminals, minding we have.a credit score of 750 and 16,000 cash in hand…
I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
They are the devils workers.
Mark Crook Christopher is right!!!
I will be contacting BBB, n CEO
They tell you there is a 72 hr window to return car if not satisfied..they don’t tell you there’s re stocking fees,,Really??? California law limits amounts on re stocking fees, they charged us 500 instead of 250 and demanded cash only, all we had was CREDIT.CARD, they held are car hostage until they got cash!!!! most ridiculous thing ever..Who doesn’t except credit cards?? And no were in contract it state CASH only….Bullshit company, very unhappy, n will never tell anyone to go there

Mark Christopher Auto Center in Ontario, CA has the WORST customer service my husband and I have ever experienced. We visited the dealer for the first time on a Wednesday night and of course the service was great because it was a slow night. After a couple of calls from Charles the salesman we decided we would return on Friday, October 15, 2010 to meet with the salesperson. Please note that my husband and I were prepared buyers and had already conducted enough research on the 2011 GMC Acadia which is the car we were interested in. I say “were” because we purchase our vehicle from Simpson GMC dealer in Buena Park (which by the way has superb customer service). We were very serious about purchasing the car we wanted and that Charles claimed he can have waiting for us that evening at the dealership. To our surprise when we arrived, there was no Charles on duty because he had gone home; after he confirmed he would be waiting for us. We were greeted by another salesperson who told us Charles had gone home. We were then told to wait while they called Charles on the phone. We waited approximately 5 minutes until someone else approached us and asked us if were being helped. We told him who we were waiting for and then left. We waited for another 5 minutes when my husband finaly decided to approach the man who had asked us if we were being helped. This man was absolutely rude to my husband, he did not even look up to acknowledge my husband while he was speaking to him. The man continued to search through his phone and told my husband “i thought someone had already helped you”. My husband returned with no answer as to were Charles was and no attempt at an explanation was provided. We waited approximately 5 more minutes when the same man passed by and said that the car we wanted was unavailable and they were not able to get it as Charles had promised. They wasted our time!!! We were most upset at the fact that we were serious buyers with excellent credit and had 50% to put as down payment. Mark Christopher dealer must have far more valuable and superior customers than us that we were treated so poorly. My husband and I walked out of that place so fast and in disgust at how we were treated. I refuse to believe that we were treated so poorly because we are a young couple and perhaps they assumed we were not prepared buyers. We would NEVER recommend this dealer to anyone. On the contrary we will advice people not to step foot on that property.
Great guys, never felt pressured. Worked with me even with my credit situation and never even mentioned it, just made the deal work. payment came back within 10 dollars of where I thought it should be. Test drove multiple cars without any attitude. called me 4 days later and had me resign becuase they got me an even lower payment.
:mad:cfcf:devil(If salesperson is instructed to get rid of certain car most likely coming from higher up then you will be pressured for more downpmt higher monthly payment and longer terms. They make you feel that the car you actually wanted is over your budget and this used wonderful car best fits you. They do not work w/their customer. They work for themselves. You then lower what you think you can only afford and you become second hand Rose. You’ll be one very dissatified customer but once it done consider yourself fried. It’s so disheartening if you’re not financially equip going to the dealer and the sad part about it is they have ways of knowing just what level income your coming from and they prey on weak financial people. But again they are not people. They are heartless, and are professional crooks. This is not my first time purchasing a vehicle @ Mark Crook Christopher Dealer but it’ll be my last! This is the worst deal I’ve made in my life. I’m praying to get over this earthly ordeal and not hate but why is hate so strong? I think I brought home a devil from Mark Christopher Car Dealer.
Thanks for your time,—from a dissatified customer that was brush
away when I went back to see if they can work w/me and give me the car I wanted.
