Brought it in for an oil change and a full detail inside and out on 5/26. I got a phone call saying that my car was ready on 5/27. I tried to get to the dealership before it closed and missed them. It was a holiday weekend (memorial weekend). I couldn’t get to them until the following tuesday 5/31. I walked in to pay for my services and told them I was looking at another car and will be on the sales floor with my dad. After an hour in the sales department, I went outside to get my car. There was bird crap all over my car. When I went inside and asked Nick Mitrano if I paid for a detail on only the inside and not the outside. He told me I paid for both. I asked him to come with me outside to look at my car because there was bird crap all over. He looked at it and said that it was done. The bird crap was from it siting outside over the weekend. Well thanks for letting me know. And thanks for doing nothing about it. He basically told me it was my fault for not picking up the car on Friday. I would of thought that before handing me back my keys, someone would have noticed all the crap all over it and at least ran it through the wash. I will never go there again. This is my fourth BMW and I have never had such rude services in the service department. Thanks Herb Chambers for letting me know that your services is pretty much equivalent to a ton of bird crap. Quite literally. On top of everything else, I had a problem with the sales department. You would think that a company as big as Herb Chambers, they would have their website on point, not only do I work as a coder, I’m also a national marketing director for my company, it takes about 2 seconds to input a simple algorithm to make their website on real time. I called in regarding two cars that was on their website. The sales manager Jona told me it was available and said I could give her a credit card over the phone and she’d reserve the car for me. I did that. She called me back 10 minute later and told me the car was no longer available because it was sent to the loaner division. Okay. I get it. But when I asked her why it was still available on her website, she said it takes approximately 3-4 days before the car is taken off of their website. Really?? You would think the amount of money, Herb Chamber xxxxx into advertising that they would spend a little bit more to have their website a little bit more efficient. (But then again, I’m small minded and didn’t look at it on a larger scale of things. At least that’s what the sales rep told me.) Thanks for insulting me and basically calling me an idiot. I run some pretty large national campaigns, so I can tell you, I’m pretty familiar of how advertising, marketing and efficiency works especially via internet and websites. This happened on a wednesday night. I spoke to a sales rep on saturday and he basically told me that they only used one guy to do their entire website and that their website was not in real time. That that one guy spends so much time uploading and doing all of this stuff for their website that it takes time for him to get around to take the cars that are no longer available. Okay, I get it. I was also told that the website was just a way to get people to the sales floor. Okay, so you guys basically do the whole bait and switch type sales. Got it. I was also told that they never take a deposit over the phone. Interesting because the sales manager Jona took my credit card over the phone and was initially going to do it until she found out that the car was no longer available. So thanks again for calling me a liar. Thanks but no thanks. And for your information, on saturday, I called another dealership and inquired about 2 cars, an x3 and an x1. I gave them all my information over the phone and bought both cars on Sunday. The cars were removed immediately off their website on Saturday night. So, I will never come back to this dealership again. And I will make sure nobody in my family, friends or co-workers do either because you guys have proven to me that your work and quality is exactly what you left on my car. CRAP.
liers…they lied to you…. sell you cars under false pretends and dont want to help you anymore
