Service center is dishonest, does shoddy work (even having my vehicle quality-checked by a better reputable dealer–they said it was a “hack job”). Tech staff are sexist and called me “baby” and “honey” and put their hands on me, kissing me… EW. After shoddy service, and a petition to let me have the more reputable dealer fix the disaster (who happens to be in the adjoining region), Valencia regional manager is forcing me to return to have Valencia fix their poor work. (Uhhh hashtag “me too”?) Valencia service manager refuses to contact me. There is no contact information to be found. Regional managers are in stealth mode. I’ve paid 3 payments and cannot drive my car. The dealership (with amazing ratings) who wants to fix the horrible work cannot do it because the Valencia regional manager won’t approve it.
Seriously stay away from Valencia.
I’m being forced back here, but at least I have the partnership of another reputable dealer who will quality control the work. How awful is that? Spend 60K on a car and have to deal with this. I’m ashamed to own a BMW.
I was refered to Lynn Ruehman through a client of mine. When I spoke to her she was very straight forward, she got me a fair deal, most of all she went out of her way to accommodate by busy schedule. I have refered her many of my friends.
I recently went to Valencia BMW to turn in my lease and found not one person that had been there throughout my last 3 lease terms there anymore (I should have totally picked up on that)!! I wanted to lower my payments so I was pretty set on not re-signing with Beemer. But they promised to wash all of my end of lease charges away if I did, so I decided to stick with my 5 because honestly, nothing has compared to my experience with BMW in the past…”past” being the key word here!! So basically, I received a bill in the mail for all of the end of lease fees they had promised to take care of and are now saying that they are not going to pay for ’em! Keep in mind, I told them up front that I COULD NOT sign with them again if I had to pay more than the down payment. They let the bill sit there for months before actually notifying me of this, so needless to say they are absolutely unprofessional and have no customer service skills whatsoever. I will never renew my lease again with Valencia BMW nor will I refer anyone to them as I have numerous times throughout the years!! I have friends driving a 7 series, a x5, x3 and 3 series from V. BMW, all because of my referrals….NEVER AGAIN!!!! The finance department is a joke…I had to drive back there two times after signing my original paperwork (which process took almost 5 hours!!) to re-sign paperwork they misplaced or forgot to have me sign in the first place! BMW corporate will be hearing about all of this. A complete waste of my time and my hard earned money! Not at all the kind of service I would expect from Toyota nonetheless from a high end company such as BMW!!!
Whatever you do DO NOT buy a car from them.
Honesty and professional service is something that is yet to be acquired by them.. .
Gave me a price and switch then called and closed the deal, said they would send the docs for signature..
Guess what happened.. they Never intended to send the docs or sell the car in the first place..
Classic bate and switch… I had the check in my hand but there emotion over clouds there intellect…
My worst car buying experience ever!!!
Had questions with the service and left message with the Service Manager.
The Service Manager returned the call and cleared up the misunderstanding.
WARNING -DO NOT USE this dealership for service!
My husband bought a certified pre-owned BMW from another dealer but decided to go to Valencia BMW for service because it was closer to home.
The car had brand new tires but 2 months later, the computer indicated that the car had a flat tire so my husband took the car to Valencia BMW. They replaced the tire and my husband drove off but the computer still indicated that he had a flat tire. My husband immediately called the dealership to relay the problem and the dealership asked him to return. My husband went back and they adjusted the computer so it no longer indicated a flat tire.
A few days later, the car’s computer indicated that it had a flat tire again. My husband went back to the same dealer and now the service department said that the rim had to be replaced for $1,100. It wasn’t a flat tire to begin with but a rim problem yet they did not take the time to diagnose the problem correctly. When the service department was questioned, they said, “We don’t check, we only replace tires.” This was totally absurd and very frustrating! Now my husband’s car is getting the rim replaced besides paying $506 for a new tire that wasn’t the problem to begin with. The car has been with the dealership for a week waiting to be repaired.
This whole ordeal has costs us unnecessary tire replacement, inconvenience and a total waste of time. This service department does not know what real “customer service” means. There is NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Their customer service DID NOT MEET CUSTOMER EXPECTATION. The quality of their customer service is TOTALLY FLAWED or NONEXISTENT. Therefore, we DO NOT RECOMMEND Valencia BMW service department to anyone.
Oh my! The same thing happened to me! They replaced one tire, then after having the car looked at for wobbling, they put it on the wrong side (you cannot rotate performance cars that way) I had to catch it and have them fix it. Then, a few weeks later, they say that all 4 tires have to be replaced. Wait–what? One tire has less than 2K miles on it. The rest less than 20K. They treat me like an idiot because I am a woman. It’s crazy. I thought we were past this.
