Bought a 2013 Porsche Cayenne from them, Big Mistake!
Horrible customer service! like living in a nightmare! the service department is a one man shop , Anthony Mennella who is passive aggressive and has customer service issues and belongs in the back away from customers. Joseph Harder the sales manager could care less. Unbelievable when you spend close to 100K on a car. They need to clean house and start over in my opinion, incredible how bad their customer service is, and it shows by their empty showroom, you will never see very many people in the dealership.
Their service department was dishnonest and incompetent. I Brought my car in for an overheat problem. It was five hours before I finally called them for the diagnosis. They incorrectly diagnosed the problem which according to their estimate was over $900 to repair. My local repair shop fixed the problem for $45. Worse yet, they charged me two hours of labor for the diognosis without my permission. The diognosis shouldn’t have taken two hours, it was wrong and they wouldn’t refund my money. Don’t trust them! They will lie to you in order to take your money!
