I just purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot from Boyland Honda. This is my second purchase. The first was a 2010 Pilot. I had such good luck with the first vehicle that led to the purchase of the second. I am a resident of Green Bay and I travel to Boyland in Milwaukee for my vehicles. Much better deals than in Green Bay. Chris Williams, the internet Sales Manager, does a great job. I am completely satisfied with both the vehicle and the Dealership personnel. I will be back in ’14 for another new Pilot.

RUN as fast as you can, a den of thieves. (except for the sales rep Chris who in my opinion should also run away). I did not buy here because the general manager and owner would not honor the price given. They decided that they were losing too much money and to make up the money on the low quote, I needed to finance so they could get $ from Honda. I was later told by the owner that he’d pay $100 of my financing charges and that I could pay it off within a month, they just wanted the money from Honda.
It’s interesting that a dealership would be willing to ruin their reputation because they might lose $ on one sale. It’s also interesting that they would be willing to cheat Honda out of all the interest from a loan that they knew I was going to pay off (yet would still accept the incentive from Honda).
After reading all the other negative reviews about service, etc., I am so glad that I went down the street & bought a Suburu.
I took the car in for the radiator to be replaced. I had no problem with my AC system until then. THEY MESSED UP MY ac SYSTEM AND NOT WORKING NOW. They want to charge me to look at it but I will never trust that dealership again. DO NOT use that place. BAD BAD BAD
Service manager like that should be fired and should not be dealing with customers at all.
things quit working within 24 hours. they tried to add a $2500 warranty with out asking.
Do not go to this dealership. They do not care about repeated business. They do not deal in good faith…
Unfortunately, Honda Finance would not re-lease you a new 2011 Odyssey because of your bankruptcy and derogatory credit after the bk. Now a days, banks are very strict with their financing guidelines. Our job is to sell you a vehicle, at a great deal, and give you the best experience possible. We are not a financing or leasing company. We only help you obtain financing. We are sorry it didn’t work out.
I tried to get some internet pricing from them and they took forever to get back to me. By the time I got their quote I already had a good idea of who I was going to work with. I was looking at a Fit, and they spoke to me terribly condescendingly on the phone. I eventually just got upset and hung up. Later when I decided to just go onto their sales floor I got swarmed by a ton of sales people trying to leech onto me. I told at least 5 people that I was just looking but they kept bothering me. I just left after a while. I went all the way to Racine, WI just to avoid working with these people.
We brought the car in because the car overheated.
They changed the oil pan gasket, did an oil change, replaced the radiator. The car did not leak oil when I brought it in, but it does now!
They never looked into why the Engine light was on and I had two bring it back twice to get it looked at.
I will never go to that dealer ever again! 😡
THIS IS DEFINITELY THE WORST OF THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE WITH A CAR DEALERSHIP.
THE CAR THAT I BOUGHT WAS WORTH 20K , AND THE AMOUNT SHOULD NOT EVEN MATTER , YOU SHOULD BE TREATED THE SAME IF IS 5K OR 50K.
THE EXPERIENCE STARTED FROM THE MOMENT I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP THAT NOBODY CONTACTED EVEN TODAY WITH THE FOLLOW-UP AFTER 53 DAYS OF PURCHASING , 53 DAYS , WHO DOES THAT?
I HAVE SPOKE WITH ALL THE MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL AND EVERYONE IS FRIENDLY AND DO THEIR BEST OVER THERE , BUT ONES YOU LEAVE THE PREMISES , IS LIKE THEY FORGET ABOUT YOU AND YOU HAVE TO KEEP CONTACT THEM.
NOT TO ENTION I WAS KEEP CALLING THE FINANCING MANAGER FOR 2 WEEKS TO ASK A QUESTION ON ONE OF PAPERS AND AFTER TWO WEEKS I GET A HOLD OF HIM AND FIND OUT HIS PHONES WERE OUT AND HE DID NOT HEAR MY 2 VOICE MAILS AND I HAD TO LOOK AGAIN THROUGH MY PAPERS AND EXPLAIN TO HIM THE CONCERN I HAD.THIS IS JUST ONE OF THE MANAGERS.
THE SALES MANAGER MARK , EVEN AFTER I SPOKE TO HIM THAT I NEVER BEEN CONCTACTED ABOUT THE FOLLOW-UP , NOTHING HAPPEN EVEN TOUGH HE SAID HE WILL TALK TO HIS SALES PERSON .
THE THIRD MANAGER THAT I SPOKE TO THAT TOOK CARE OF ANOTHER IMPORTANT ISSUE , IS THAT I WAS PULLED OVER BY AN OFFICER BECAUSE THE VIN NO. DID NOT MATCH WITH THE LICENSE PLATE AND THAT THE PLATE MATCHED THE CAR I TRADED IN AND THE OFFICER WAS KIND ENOUGH NOT TO FINE ME AND HE SAID I WILL HAVE TO FIX IT IMMEDIATELY OTHER WISE THEY WILL KEEP PULLING ME OVER FOR THAT ISSUE.AFTER I SPOKE TO THA MANAGER ABOUT IT , HE WAS KIND ENOUGH AND SENT ME THE TEMPORARY CERTIFICATION THAT THE VIN NO. WAS TRANSFERED AND BELONGS TO THE NEW CAR .THE QUESTION IS , WAS IS IT REALLY HARD TO BE GIVEN THAT PAPER BEFORE I GOT STOPPED BY THE OFFICER OR AT LEAST BE WARNED THAT I MIGHT BE STOPPED UNTIL I GET THE COPY , OR SOMETHING , NO , I HAD TO BE STOPPED AND FEEL EMBARRASED BECAUSE I DID NOT KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON.
SO THESE ARE ALL THE MANAGERS FROM THEIR DEALERSHIP AND THE SALESMAN ,
SO BEFORE YOU BUY A CAR FROM THAT DEALERSHIP MAKE SURE YOU THINK TWICE .
SO DISSAPOINTED .
I WILL SAY THOUGH , THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THAT DEALERSHIP IS THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THAT DID A GREAT JOB EVERY TIME I CAME IN.
THANK YOU.
