This dealership is not the easiest to get out of not that you need to. The very best when it comes to low pressure sales. I was asked how I could be helped I mentioned I was interested in a vehicle and within 3 minutes I was driving the car. When I returned she didn’t spend time defending price like other lots I had been to. She simple stated the price and went over features. After getting inside it was way more relaxed than what I had already been through. I look forward to doing business with them again when I am ready. Thanks again Christine and TG
Before this car I have always done my own repairs and maintenance, and would NEVER go to a dealership out of fear they would screw something up. Now, for nearly 2 years, I drive 3.5 hours each way, even for oil changes! This is a one-brand dealership, and everyone involved seems to be a Subaru enthusiast. If you are driving a Subaru, or want to be driving a Subaru, check this place out. You will pay for what you get, but you will also get what you pay for.
On my first visit I was impressed. Zero high-pressure. Zero hype. Sales Manager wore blue jeans. Felt like a “No Tricks” dealership. Only problem was that the couldn’t get the exact car I wanted. A few months later I went back again. This time we could deal. Got the car I wanted at my price, and was treated very well in the process. I can’t imagine a better overall car buying experience. Was certainly worth the 3+ hours to get there.
the sales guy who came out to talk to me was cool but when we went inside to get another guy to apraise my trade in that guy just came up to me and told me my car is still new and he did not need to check it but he said they cannot help me and did not want to waste there time or my time, then told me to go to a dealer that was having big sales and rebates, also said my car is problably not even worth the average auction prices. Talked with an attitude and got me all confused why he would he just walk up and say all this before we even sat down and talk about numbers, I just barley got there and got done test driving a car. They did not even ask if I would put down any money or want to buy or lease. no wonder they are not making any sales, there were only one other customer in there with some questions and left. They need to change or train their people to be more professional especiallly that guy that appraises cars, he look like a redneck country guy with camaflouge hat, hunter type redneck.
