My Audi of Huntington reviewJoe is a decent salesperson but STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.
The manager is a moron, dishonest, and rude. He has no respect for customers. The service department too could not care less about its customers. No one wants to answer questions, and no one apologizes for mistakes made. They act as though they don’t care whether you buy from them or not, and it shows.
I was told multiple stories about why certain things were problematic in the Audi A4 I purchased, and no one went the extra mile in trying to compensate for these issues. They just wanted to make the sale.
This dealer is horrible, run by incompetent people. Buy a car from anywhere but here.

My Audi of Huntington reviewWalk into Audi Huntington and thought the salesperson was great. Made a deal and an appointment to come back and finalize a few days later. Came back and after waiting hours, Larry couldn’t honor our deal. I actually renegotiated, agreeing to pay more and then before we could sign, the sales manager refused to agree to terms Larry had again promised. What a frustrating waste of time. I’m finished with Audi. BTW Smithtown is same owners! Beware
