My Royal Cadillac Hummer reviewI had the most unpleasant experience at this place! They are relentless with the phone calls and they put great pressure to make you buy a car, “NOW”. As soon as they get you to commit you are ON YOUR OWN. The car sales man Manny S. didn’t stick around to make sure that I would get 100% Satisfaction, did not get me any disclosures or warranty on the $35,000 used car, and when asked about it Manny as well as his boss Joe Matolo got very AGGRESSIVE and RUDE . Furthermore just before the closing I had to travel abroad for a week and during this period they said the car needed to be picked up, so I had to send someone to pick up the car. This is a company car, the only people authorized to sign or make decisions on the car was only me, the Owner of the Business. Now they are claiming that the person that picked up the car, declined to purchase the extended warranty. This has left me with a bitter taste and I feel I was taken advantage of by some Car Sales Men. Now I see why they have the reputation of being CROOKS!
