If I could give 0 stars I would. The service department is run by liars. They scratched up my paint said they would fix it and 3 weeks later are now denying the repair. I documented everything.

7-3-16 Left message about damage
7-5-16 no call backs , went to Boniface talked to Tiger and Rob. Rob told me to go to Imperial Body Masters. To get an estimate and timeline for repairs, they would take care of me.
7-5-16 Went to Imperial Body Masters. Bob told me “the car needs to be polished and may need to have the hood and trunk painted”. That I would need “to get in touch with Boniface to schedule the repairs and work out a rental.”
7-12-16 Called Imperial to check on status. Bob said ” need to call Kia to schedule”
7-12-16 Called Boniface Kia , Tiger (service rep) refered me to Robert “he has taken case” Tiger took my number said Robert would call me.
7-13-16 No Call back, Called Boniface Kia was told ” Robert not IN” I left message with front desk
7-14-16 No Call back, Called Left Message on Voice mail
7-15-16 No Call back . Call Boniface Kia was told Rob is on lot , I (Tiger)will page him , Rob did not pick up and call went to Voice Mail.
7-18 No Call back. Left Message on Voice Mail
7-19 No Call Back. Left Message with Front Desk
7-20-16 No Call Back. Called, Rob answered ” body shop informed that they told you it was not Boiniface Kias fault, and they will not pay for the repairs.” (I was never told that).
7-20-16 Called General Manager (Ron) told him of details. Made appointment to come by next day at 12:30pm
7-21-16 Meet with Rob, Ron and Bob form Imperial. Rob and Ron denied any damages. Ron then said” We will make up the difference for repairs on future work” . Then Ron clarified that he meant they would repair the work for a reduced rate. I informed him that made little sense as its a brand new car and I did only want the paint fixed. He then back tracked and said they would pay for nothing. Rob admitted he was wrong about the body shop telling me Boniface was not responsible. Rob admitted he was wrong for not returning any of my messages. Ron then made it a BIG issue that I had told him that Boniface Kia detailed my car in the phone conversation that I had with him the previous day. Ron was adamant that I said they detailed the car (over 3x told me I said it). I informed him that Boniface Kia records all of its phone conversations ( they make an announcement the call is recorded when you call them). Let’s all go listen to the call ( I had caught him in bold face lie). I was then yelled at to get off the lot. I informed them Just go call the Police.

A note from the Happiest KIA Optima owner in the world: The Vehicle is amazing, great feel, performance and value when compared to the other companies I was comparing, but that’s not the issue. I never write reviews, in fact, I think consumers rely on reviews way too much. However, in this case I felt compelled to express my feelings and sincere gratitude for a job SO WELL DONE! I purchased my vehicle from Boniface-Hiers Mazda / Kia this past week. In fact, after reading a negative review online and almost didn’t go to them. My intention was just to get pricing and go elsewhere for the actual deal. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The entire staff was incredible; they negotiated an extremely fair deal and stuck to their word! I checked 2 other KIA dealers and retuned to Boniface. They not only honored the numbers (to the penny) they accommodated my every request. I only mention this because I can be a little difficult. ?
