Absolutely horrible experience. Lies and forgery from everyone we spoke with. When we went back to discuss our issues we were cursed at and threatened. They ran our credit over 15 times without our permission which seriously damaged my credit. When we spoke to Bobby Gale in person about our experience, he tried to sell us a new car which obviously we would never do again. When we discussed the threats and insults by his general manager Mr. Gale responsed, “Well Rob Beard is a hot head with a short fuse.” My situation is not the first time that Bobby Gale’s dealerships have been accused of illegal sales and/or unfair trade practices. You can see other examples online. Google South Carolina Judiciary Case Search. Then select Horry County. This will take you to a page which will allow you to input the last name or business name of the party that you would like to search. Type in Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep or Myrtle Beach Kia. This will allow you to view some of the legal actions or cases against Bobby Gales car dealerships. There were 3 lawsuits filed against Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep in October of 2018 alone. Do you want to purchase a vehicle from a business that has been sued by 3 customers in one month recently. Do not trust this business and do your research on them before making the mistake of visiting this dealership. Research the online reviews and you will see that there are a lot of complaints against these dealerships for mistreatment of customers including cursing out their customers, for submitting numerous sometimes a dozen credit applications without the knowledge or authorization of the customer, and for adding warranties and/or service contracts and unnecessary fees to the sales contracts. Myrtle Beach Chrysler Jeep also charges $400 for closing/doc fees with every vehicle they sell. The $400 fee is the highest amount allowed by the state of SC for closing/doc fees. Most dealerships charge much less for this fee or do not charge a fee at all. Do your due dillegence and research on this dealership and you will see what hat I am talking about.
They take your trade for a ride to give you a price then they hold your keys hostage so you cant leave the pressure you, didn`t work on me, after I got my keys back went next door to ford and bought a Truck, much easier there to deal with
This place sucks, avoid it
