My experience was a good one. I thought staff was polite and attentive to my needs. However, you need to adeqauately break down the costs. There was an add-on that I did not appreciate. It was later taken off. But, overall, my experience was a good one.

This about the service department. When we first walked in we did not even receive a hello how are you. When finally helped, no one is very friendly in the service department. Ask how long it would take. Was told 1 car ahead of us. I don’t know what that means in time. Was finally told about 45 minutes for oil change. 45 minutes still waiting. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem here.
Hopefully you can change this problem for people in the future..
