The sales lady was good. That is the only good thing about Westfield. I got a car from them that would not pass emissions. I called them the same day soon as I arrived home. I got a song and dance about clearing the codes from the car. They never said anything thing about fixing the problem. Numerous calls later could not get a response. I had to pay to have it fixed myself. Several hundred dollars later my calls were returned. I asked if they would help share the cost since the car was bad from the time it was purchased. I was pretty much told since they did not fix it I was screwed. I would not recommend this place to my worst ENEMY. Is it Westfield or do we cheated and how. Be ware you could be next………………

Not so much Renee I had a problem with it was the Finance and cocky attitude with service on my trade in and then when I had my new car detailed they said oh about 1/2 hour, which was over 3 hours. Then I was told that the brake pads were bad, I only drove it for 5 days!!! Costing me money already!! HORRIBLE RUN AWAY
The dealership and showroom are almost a complete joke. There is almost a feeling of walking into an old school Harley dealership or 50’s diner. It doesn’t make sense to me why when they have limited showroom space as they are a small dealer, they will their showroom with novelty cars not even for sale? I was initially brought in through Rene, but as I was skeptical working with her after our first few contacts that were obviously just mass produced verbiage, so I sought to work with someone with a little more experience in dealing with a customer, so I came to the owner. What an even bigger joke. Spent the whole time feeling like he was yelling at me trying to portray a tough italian gangster. This dealership is extremely outdated, with purple and lime green walls with graffiti, offers no hospitality, no way would I ever recommend this dealership to even my worst enemy.
Westfield Ford advertises as the home of the $15.95 oil change with “No Appointment Necessary”, as advertised on their website. I bought my car there and was promised free car washes, no hassle oil changes and to be treated as a preferred customer. That isn’t the case. After getting up early to show up to beat the rush I was told I needed an appointment. But, they advertise no appointment necessary. I got turned away. When I have taken my car to get it washed, I get turned away. From the moment I purchased my car, I have been treated like I don’t matter. But, when they are trying to get you to purchase, they hassle you and push. 😡
On January 13, 2010 at 11:15AM I went to the service center to have my speedometer adjusted. The owner/president of Westfield Ford Inc made a special visit to the service drive to greet me. He said whats up old man? We discriminate against old people here, you sh_tbag! Reguardless of an previous labor dispute which is still pending, this was very unprofessional. I spend a lot of money for tires in October of 2009, this repair should of been covered by warranty, and since I bought the tires there, I had no choice but to have them adjusted there. Then a salesman came up to :rolleyes:me laughing, saying that Sal told everyone he just swore at me. I had no idea that the visit was going to be like a third grade play ground. Any doubts, ask who I spoke with while I was there, check gps tower triangluation, and warm up the polygraph!!!
had a very pleasant time! The sales person let me have enough time to think about my decisions without feeling pressured! Bought a brand new 2010 escape and I love it!! We had to work a little on the pruce of the payments to fit in my budget but I was getting the car at zero percent financing! …in the end we were both smiling! I would recommend anyone to shop there! Don’t know how they act if you’re buying used tho…
Chancy, the salesman treated my daughter and I with the utmost respect. The day we entered the dealership it was very cold. We looked at various autos for my daughter and returned to Chancy’s desk. We were offered various drinks and popcorn while we waited until Chancy went out to drive the autos to the front doors, leave it running, and then proceed to have my daughter enter the warm auto. https://cardealercheck.com/forum/images/smilies/wink.gif Sandi (not sure of her name) who sits next to him was really great! She talked with us while we waited and she makes the best popcorn I ever had.
He was the perfect gentleman and opened all the doors for us. Once my daughter decided on the SUV we told them we needed to check out another dealership prior to making a final decision. There was a great offer if we purchased with them but we still had to go.
The second place was a disaster and the inconsideration of that dealer’s saleman made me think badly upon the Chevy dealership. My daughter and I raced back to Chancy and negotiated a great deal. My daughter and I can not help but say how professional and much of a gentleman Chancy was.
Forgot to mentioned neither dealership knew how we were paying for the auto when arrived looking for an auto for my daughter. We paid cash. The Chevy dealership across the street from Ford lost out. We wanted an American car and we are still happy with our purchase. Also, ask Chancy if Sandi (who sits next to him) had made popcorn.

The second place was a disaster and the inconsideration of that dealer’s saleman made me think badly upon the Chevy dealership. We were never offered a seat and for each auto she picked out we had to go out with the salesman in the cold. We were never offered a seat at his desk and our discussion was standing at the front door.

Now this is interesting. Both of these employees, no longer work there. They were treated terrible by management staff. Just ask them. Its funny that there are no other positive notes about this place since they left..
