My Bob Gillingham Ford reviewMike was very helpful and knowledgeable about preowned Ford Escape Hybrids
before I was ready to buy one. Other than regular routine maintenance at every 10,000 miles, the service professionals at the Parma Ford dealership comment that they don’t see very many Ford Escapes coming in for mechanical problems. This helps me in deciding whether to buy a Ford Escape Hybrid or not (more confident in buying one now)!

I found a couple of Focuses that I really liked, and when I went to the actual dealership to see them in person, was pleased that they didn’t try to pressure me into a sale. I ended up finding a 2003 model that fit my budget, and I’m very happy with it.

I’m pretty sure I found it at Bob Gillingham. They gave me the best price by far with no hassle or pressure. And I got the exact model, a 2007 Focus, that I wanted.
