We flew in from Huntington, WV to purchase a car we saw on the internet. Will was a wonderful, low-pressure salesman. We bought a Chrysler Pacifica and our next new car purchase will be done with Venice Chrysler. We had a pleasant experience from the first contact. He even came in on his day off to help us when we got in the pick the car up! Great guy! Great dealership! Wonderful car buying experience! Would highly recommend to others!
Thanks Will!

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I made a deal for a car and drove halfway there when they called me and told me not to bother because they sold it to someone else. The salesman Will seemed to be genuine on the phone but his true colors showed when all he was worried about was getting paid by the first person to walk in. I would never buy from these people!!!!! I trusted them with an agreement to purchase over the phone and they failed to keep the deal. It’s no wonder Chrysler is going under with people like this working for them.
He was well informed before he left his house that this vehicle had another customer interested and would remain for sale unless he put a deposit down. I told him we can hold the vehicle with a small deposit, but customer declined and took his chances. Had ample time before this to purchase this vehicle-we had been talking off and on for well over a day(about 6 phone calls). I even went so far as to get his cell phone number right when he left his house and told him I would call him if it sells while has was on his way. As you see, he was given a chance to put a deposit on this car before he came but refused. This is a case of someone assuming. We have a policy that was explained before he even left. I can relate to the hassle of coming 45 minutes and having to turn around-but it could have been prevented on his part.
He is making the comment about Chrysler-he was looking to possibly purchase a used 2001 Kia Rio. Not sure how that relates to Chrysler Corporation. On a more personal level, he made me sound greedy. I am not the saleperson who sold that vehicle-I got nothing out of the siutation so the “true colors” comment is not factual! I just was the bearer of bad news so I am getting the brunt of his comments.
I have purchased four vehicles from this dealer; two were new and two were used. In each case, the dealer did negotiate as we did. In the end, we got a fair deal and continued service after the purchase. In a couple of cases, items were noticed after the purchase and NEVER did the dealer state Sorry but… This included a factory vehicle that we purchased from this salesman, Will Boneham in June of 2008. We discovered two items after purchase and after delivery – the dealer took care of both items without question.
Just for the record, all my dealings with this dealership have been remote over the past eight years even though I do live nearby. I prefer negotiating the deal prior to test drive etc in each case we were fully informed.
