Always willing to listen and follow through. Offer of overnight rental free due to recall in addition to servicing. This was very helpful. Always comfortable and inviting. I understand the new building will be ready the next time I visit. That will be even better. Everything always done up properly and according to a check Toyota list.
The knowledge that my car is having quality service and knowing that they will not try to suggest repairs that are not necessary. I have come to this dealership since I purchased my Toyota and am extremely pleased with their service. I have recommended it…and will continue to recommend it to everyone I know as a location where quality work and trustworthy people are to be found.
All went quite well and we had everything explained to us and they answered our questions right away. We were told what we needed to know and was happy with the results. No problems all went well and we were satisfied with what were told. they showed us all about the final papers etc. Again all went well and we were pleased with the answers and they did good for us and that helped our attitude about the car and dealership Aspects like the most the car we wanted and the color and the way it was handled. My son works in the service dept and does an excellent job on our cars that we bring over for service.
I love the atmosphere at Vancouver Toyota. It’s rare that I get along with all the staffs at a dealership. Wonderful experience, no pressure was ever given to me to move forward with the purchase. Nicely done, Vancouver Toyota!
Spoke with my sale rep Flynn. Very good follow up to make sure I was satisfied. Good individual pleasure to work with. My service advisor Mike Hoff was very Informative and detailed. I was amazed at the comfort of the seating in the waiting room, just a little add note.
Our sales man at Toyota of Vancouver was super duper nice! He went out of his way to find me the car of my choice. He also made my wait there very comfortable and treated me like a family member. Everyone else involved in my buying process, including the finance person and office manager were very honest and seemed to have my best interest at hand. The sales man was also able to get us a great rate! It was an absolute charm doing business at Vancouver and we look forward to coming back in the future!
David Montgomery at Vancouver Toyota was an amazing help to me when trying to find the right car for myself. He went above and beyond the call of duty! Gary Williams was also very helpful in the finance department. I am so pleased with my new Toyota 4Runner and I owe it all to the kind staff at Vancouver Toyota. Thanks guys, I will be back!!!
I have been a customer at Vancouver Toyota since 2003 when I bought my first Toyota, a 2003 Tundra. I bought this truck from Gresham Toyota because they gave me a way better deal.
I only use this dealership because it is the only game in town and convenient to where I live. I been in a few times for an oil change but have quit going because it takes so long. We are talking a weeks wait to get an appointment and at least an hour to get an oil change. One time, after waiting an hour an a half for an oil change, I left for home and something was wrong with the way my truck was driving so I took it back. They inspected it and found the emergency brake had been partially set causing the problem. A service manager admitted setting the brake because after the oil change,he drove it out side and parked it on a hill. If he had set the brake all the way down I would have realized the problem immediately.
When my 2003 Tundra was due for 30K miles service, Vancouver Toyota quoted me $685. I called Broadway Toyota, and they quoted me $465 for the same factory recommended service. So you know where I went for service and I saved the sales tax!!
My 2003 Tundra had a noisy engine. It had a lot of clatter and when I took it in I was told it was normal! I have never had a new car that had a noisy engine!
This brings me to my next complaint about this place. This is an old, run down, decaying facility that is dirty, poorly designed and in general, a disgrace to Toyota, a quality brand. It is on the side of a hill and parking as well as ingress and egress is difficult. The show room floors have no cars on display but rather have tables and chairs for closing deals. On the other hand, Broadway Toyota, Gresham Toyota and Beaverton Toyota all have new modern facilities that sparkle with beautiful showrooms.
In 2007, I met with a salesman to test drive a 2007 Tundra. I tried to negotiate a Costco discount price and the best they would offer me was $1000 over dealer invoice. A week later, I purchased a new Tundra from Beaverton Toyota for $20 over dealer invoice! My advice is that if you are looking for a good deal, do not shop here!
Today, I went to get some touch up paint and the parts department did a good job. I walked over to the service department to get a quote for some service on my Sienna, The service department is small, crowded, noisy and the air was filled with stress and tension, I waited and waited and then another customer came in after I did and within minutes, he was waited on (while I was ignored). Finally, a trainee waited on me who was unable to answer my questions and had to go get the answers.
My advice to Toyota owners is get your oil changes from the small chains like Oil Can Henry’s or local independents like Louie Lube. If you need major service, take it to Broadway Toyota. And if you want a new Toyota, I would highly recommend Beaverton Toyota. Call ahead and make an appointment with the internet manager. You will get a much better deal.
