Don’t even bother trying to buy here. They won’t do business unless you come into their dealership, even if you live over 100 miles away; and even if you do that, they will automatically add $7000 to the MSRP of a Sienna just because it is in high demand and short supply. They call it a “market adjustment” but what it really is is price gouging. They do it because they can, not because they have to. Even if you offer to give a deposit to reserve a car and pay the rest of the price in full in cash when it arrives with no financing, they still want you to fill out a financing application and come to their office. Dishonest business practices all around.
I recommend you do business only with Toyota-designated SmartPath dealerships, who are supposed to give you a final, total, Out-The-Door price over the internet (without having to visit the dealership), and some of whom pledge to sell at the MSRP with a modest markup for dealer processing (typically less than $1000) and no “market adjustment” price gouging.
Went to the dealership for a 2 car deal and was greated and shown the lot. The greeter did a great job making me feel welcome. Although the lot is fenced and you are prevented from browsing by the fence and greeters. After looking at some cars for a few minutes, not even asked if I wanted a test drive, I went inside and was handed off to someone else to work numbers. Jamal was very timid and wanted my car keys, credit from my wife and I immediately (wife was at home). I said hey I just want numbers so I can decide what dealer I will buy from. He refused to give me numbers until I provided credit, So I gave him my car keys, my wifes information, and my information I even had my wife provide him with an email copy of her license. After running my credit, not my wifes who has a 700 credit score, I was told by Jamal that his sales Manager James Lyle would not provide me with numbers until I provide him with someone qualified to buy a car he then said out loud my credit score, loud enough for the two employees in the next cubical and guest at the table behind me to hear. I was extremely embarassed, I then expalined the situation to Jamal and that my credit is that way because of school loans that I have not paid in 5 years and my credit has not changed since leasing my 2 Toyota’s from Central Florida Toyota almost 3 years ago. I also reported that I was first on the loan and had my mother cosigned the last loan who has a 850 credit score, who is willing to cosign again. I then asked will you get me the numbers so I can see if I want to buy a car from your dealership, Jamal went back to James and came back very quickly and said he can not sell me a car, very loudly. I then got up and said you really do not want to sell me a car? and Jamal just looked at me. I then walked into the sales manager office and confronted James who looked right at me and said I do not see anyone that can Lease a car. I start to leave and by now there is an audience, so I turned around and called James a swindler. Next James tells me to leave and don’t come back, mind you I can not go because they have hidden my Toyota Prius keys from me, so I turn back around and James says leave now before I can say something. I turn toward the door and anounce to all the eyes watching that they refuse to give me numbers until I provide them with credit that can buy and they are trying to swindle me and trick people into buying cars. I was then told to leave now loudly as I was walking out. I went outside and waited out front and two employees headed toward me fearing for my life I called the police, now I still can not leave as they are holding my car hostage. I stepped farther away from the building walking toward the street the direction off the property and leave my car. I then announced to the employees following I was calling the police they then turned and walked away. A few minutes later I was on the phone with the police and someone came up behind me with my keys. I then walked to my car and drove away.
I saw a 2011 Toyota Sienna at another dealer for less money than Toyota of Orlando. Toyota of Orlando gave false info to get me to come to them.
I have been looking for a used 2011 Toyota Sienna minivan on Cars.com for several weeks. A car dealer in Miami, Biltmore Motor Corp, advertised a 2011 Toyota Sienna LE with 42,000 miles for $16,989. I contacted Toyota of Orlando via Cars.com chat and chatted with a Jon Albino. They had a similar Toyota Sienna LE with 38,400 miles for $23,995. They both were the same color, had the same options and were both listed as “one owner clean Carfax”. I asked Jon Albino if Toyota of Orlando matched competitor’s prices and was told yes. I sent Mr. Albino a link to the 2011 Toyota Sienna LE advertised for $16,989 in Miami. Mr. Albino said he saw the link and assured me that Toyota of Orlando would match the price. I purposely asked Mr. Albino if they would match price several times and was assured that they would. My wife then called the Toyota of Orlando and asked for Jon Albino in used cars. A Xiomara got on the phone and said that it was her that we were chatting with online with. She once again assured my wife that they would match the price and that she would be working at the dealership until 10:00 p.m. My wife and I loaded up our 3 year old son and 8 month old daughter and drove about 25 miles to the dealership. When we got there we asked for Xiomara. We were told that she was in the office and they would get her. About 5 minutes later another lady came out and told us that Xiomara had to leave early “due to an emergency”, and that another salesman could help us. He showed us the van and took us for a test drive. When we got back he took us inside and said he was getting his manager to talk to us. The manager came out and had no idea that I was there to get a price match. When I showed him the conversation with Ximora or “Jon Albino”, he said it was not Toyota of Orlando. When I showed him that it was he said that Ximora was mistaken and that they do not match prices with non-Toyota dealers. I explained that I gave Ximora a link to the van on Biltmore Motor Corp’s website and she said they did match prices. I had the conversation on my computer for him to see. He said it was a mistake on Ximora’s part and he would not match the price. My time was wasted and I was falsely brought to the dealership on false pretense. There is something fraudulent going on here, especially with this “Jon Albino” that is chatting at their website, but he doesn’t exist.
This dealer claimed to have a mazda suv that had premium features such as leather seats and HID headlamps. the photograph on the web was NOT same car, and the premium features were not present. It seemed like a bait and switch tactic but i cannot prove it. I will not patronize this dealer again, and will share my story with everyone in Orlando that I know. The car presented to me was filthy inside, had crumbs and dirt and stains on the fabric. I was very disappointed and chastised the sales rep and his adolescent-looking manager, then left. The sales rep made no attempt to study the history of the car before i got there, despite me making a 2 day advance appointment. Lame experience. They dont deserve my $.
Initial contact with Alex Vergara who showed me the car was excellant. the person, Michael Sumner, who handled the final paperwork and delivered the car did an outstanding job.
Had problem with battery. They took care of me fast due to having my husband in hospital. Found another problem with the car. Took it back a week later and had super great service. Was to take a long time. They provided transportation home and back when the vehicle was done.
Mr. Derell Roberson was very professional, honest and courteous. My radio replacement was done in the time frame given. The lounge or waiting area was great.
I found Drew to be honest in the advice he gave me as well as the recommendations regarding my car’s need for addtional service.
Chito showed and took me for a test drive in the vehicle that I expressed interest in. He was knowlegeable in the vehicles features and answered my question pertaining to it. He put no pressure on me to purchase at that time. He was personable and, in my opinion, displays excellent salesmanship. He developed a relationship with me immediately.
All persons involved in the transaction of purchase showed finest qualities of professionalism. These include Chito Bacanni, Tom Diaz, Mo Salah and Shawn Sibley. Each of these persons represent Toyota of Orlando in a professional and excellent manner. Each one also expressed their apreciation for me doing business with your company.
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Toyota of Orlando. I would not hesitate to do business with this dealership and its staff in the future.
I also would like to give a positive comment regarding your service department. On several visits in the past I’ve had the pleasure of working with Derell Roberson. He served me prompty, courteously and effeciently and responded to my service needs.
My overall experience with the representatives of your company was outstanding and enjoyable.
Thank you, Charles and Lily Arnone

While cleaning out my desk drawers I found all of the letters from the better business bureau that I filed about this dealership, I even wrote Toyota headquarters about how terrible I was treated as a young women who went in to purchase a car.
I went in looking at a Yaris, to make a long story short, after I refused to purchase all of the extra warrenties and services they refused to sell me the car for the price that was listed in big orange numbers on the front window of the car! I even have pictures to prove it! The general manager John Siviglia, told me that the car had been mis-priced—that was after I spend hours filling out paperwork, which they ripped up and would not give back to me.
Bottom line—Don’t waste your time with these CROOKS!
Toyota of Orlando advertises cars at prices that they don’t have. They are your typical “bait and switch” dealer. They will even tell on the phone that they have the advertised car, but they don’t. Don’t waste your time. Stay away!
