My The Autobarn Volkswagen of Countryside reviewI wanted to purchase a used Porsche Boxster from the Autobarn. Since it was a used Boxster and some service lights were on when they are not supposed to be on, I asked for a very common pre-purchase inspection through an independent Porsche dealer. They danced around that like crazy – although I did offer to pay for it. After I told them
not to purchase the Boxster without that inspection, they said that they would have it done and agreed to bring the car over to Porsche Exchange on Monday night. I made the appointment with the Porsche dealer. However, the Autobarn did not bring it over for inspection as agreed. Maybe they have a reason… This place smells very “fishy” to me and I do not understand why Volkswagen has a company like that as one of their dealers!
I would never purchase a car from these guys!
