Our visit to Teterboro Chrysler has become a nightmare. They run a dishonest business and don’t give you the time needed to review a contract that has a a non refundable deposit policy. I was assured by Paul Wilson a full refund of my deposit after I backed out on a vehicle purchase within 24hrs. Today David Majeed called pretending to be clueless of the situation and asking me to pick up the vehicle when I explained to him the conversation I hel with Mr Paul Wilson he said that he (Wilson) was not authorized to do refunds and that the only solution to my situation was to pick up a vehicle si Fe I had already signed a contract. FYI Paul Wilson and David Majeed have the same title in the used vehicles sales department (both mananagers) why would I be lied to by David Majeed. I will go every step of the way to get my $3000.00 deposit refunded
I was going to purchase my leased Jeep Compass. I had gone 592 miles over the lease agreement and didn’t have the finances to pay the penalty and turn in fee. The dealer said since I was a loyal customer (6th vehicle with this dealership) they would pay for the excess mileage, so that I could get a new vehicle since I was not happy with the Compass. I financed a 2010 Jeep Liberty with $0 down payment and very good finance rate. A few weeks later I received a bill for the excess mileage on leased vehicle. When I called the salesman he told me that I had to pay. In other words, he lied to me and now I have 60 days to pay $1200.00 I guess my loyalty was of no importance to this dealership. I will never do business with them again.
If you’re interested in purchasing a Jeep or Chrysler in the northern NJ area I would recommend you avoid Teteboro Jeep Chrysler. 12 years of loyalty and they still lied to me.

ON 1-31-08 I CALLED TETERBORO JEEP DEALERSHIP AND LEFT A $2000 DWN PAYMENT(SECURITY DEPOSIT) OVER PHONE FOR NEW JEEP. AFTER I GOT THERE THE NEXT DAY ON 2-1-08 EVEN WITH PERFECT CREDIT SCORE, THEY GAVE ME A 8.9% FINANCE RATE. I TOLD THEM FORGET IT, AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IF I CANCEL DEAL I LOSE MY $2000 DEPOSIT. I HAD TO GO WITH THE DEAL TO KEEP FROM LOSING THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. WHEN SIGNING THE PAPERS THE FINANCE ADVISOR, ADVISED ME THAT I HAD TO KEEP MAKING PAYMENTS FOR 1 YEAR(NOT PAY VEHICLE OFF) OR I WILL BE PENALIZIED. AFTER 10 MONTHS WHEN TALKING TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, I WAS INFORMED THAT I WAS LIED TO.
THEY CAN NOT KEEP MY SECURITY DEPOSIT, AND I WOULD NOT BE PENALIZED. I IMMEDIATLY PAYED OFF JEEP.
THIS WAS THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. MY SALESMAN NEVER CALLED TO SHE HOW SATISFIED I WAS WITH THE VEHICLE, NEVER A THANK YOU LETTER, NOTHING BUT LIES. I HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED BY THE SERVICE DEPT THAT I AM IN NEED OF A $300.00 SERVICE. AS OF TODAY MY VEHICLE HAS 8000 MILES ON IT. BESIDES A OIL CHANGE WHAT COSTS $300.00? AND THE LIES JUST KEEP ON COMING.

ALL I WANT BACK FROM THAT DEALERSHIP IS THE INTERSEST ON THE VEHICLE THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE PAID. JEEP WAS FINANCING CARS AT THAT TIME FOR 5.9%, THEY GAVE ME 8.9% ( AND REMEMBER I HAD EXCELLENT CREDIT AND STILL DO). SO THEY OWE ME 3% OF WHAT I PAID.
MY NEXT STOP WILL BE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
