>>>BE AWARE<<>>BOOM<<< "BAIT & SWITCH"…My question Is, If I was told that they had some & 10 minutes later I was told they didn't…Then how Is It that 4 HOURS LATER they had some BRAND NEW 2019 IMPALA'S again for $18,998?…BE WARNED, AVOID BLOSSOM CHEVROLET, THEY ARE INSIDIOUS & UNSCRUPULOUS!!!…I also filed a complaint with the Indiana State Attorney Generals Office, Consumer Complaint Division…I WILL also file a Complaint with the BBB & I'll tell my story on EVERY Social Media, Consumer Review & Rip Off Websites I can find!!!
I really wish I had checked the reviews before taking my car to Blossom. They really are good about drawing you in, with confident conversation about your cars problem. The female service rep. was definitely not trying to help me as a customer, as I found out the expensive way. . I brought my 08 Impala, to Blossom, just to get an (expert- dealership opinion) on what the problem was with my car. The stability link service and traction control service lights would come then go off when you accelerate quickly. The car stalled once and it started back up 5 minutes later, and ran as usual. Now my disappointment in this Blossom dealership Begins. A dealership diagnosis, ended at $1800.00 on a $4000 car and now my car does not run and is no use to me at all, until I can afford a new engine. The certified mechanics just could not stop, and Communicate, that the car is not worth repair. Well they need my, $1800 and my car now needing a new engine to tell (The Customer), your car won’t work after we examined it. Please read the reviews!
Blossom has no consideration for you are your, Chevy Car.
OMG…These people are crooks, took my niece’s $5,000 on a 2011 or 2012 Camero and did not explain anything about the vehicle being front or rear wheel drive, only finding out after the last snow she could not drive it due to the slipping and sliding. She took it back within 7 days later and stated that they could put her in something else and so they put the $5,000 toward a 2013 lease. How in the hell they put her in a lease with the credit score she had is beyond me. She has been getting calls from Blossom to contact the insurance company about the high insurance premium they said she would have to pay a month (280.00) after she got the lease. These things along with other information was never told to her. To make things even stranger, the original finance guy knew nothing about it when he came back from vacation a few days later. Seriously guys. You took advantage of her, took her money and now you are telling her that the insurance is going to go up because it is a leased vehicle to almost $300.00 a month plus the lease payment. The poor girl has been sick because of the stress of a bad deal gone all wrong for her. She is having anxiety attacks. I myself have contacted a attorney, it does not take a rocket scientist to see that she has been bamboozled. Wow, did they see her coming. People please run from Blossom and never purchase a vehicle without the presents of a attorney.
We found a car and came in on a flyer advertisement. The car was listed on the website and I showed them in the beginning. Spent over 5 hours@ dealership and when it came time to talk $ my salesman came back w a story of how the ADVERTISED internet price was incorrect bc a disgruntled ex employee still had access to the database and did it without anyone knowing. They completely wasted our time. With all that being said, our sales assoc was a pleasure to try to work with. ..
Slow
Rude
Had no clue what was going on
I was there 5.5 hours and most of it was waiting on them. I was staring at my finished file 30 minutes before anyone noticed it was there.
My father was also on the title and had to leave. Colt stated 45 minutes later he actually had more papers to sign after he told us my dad was done. He told me my dad could come in Tuesday and sign them. When I asked if he would call my dad he said it was his job or problem.
I wil NEVER go here again.
I had an excellent experience at Blossom with Martin McNeelan. Finance was a little slow but it was a Saturday and they were busy. I am pretty sure that with so many people buying cars from them that day waiting to get in the finance department an hour and a half wasn’t too much to complain about. I did get $500 more for my trade that any of the other three dealers offered and $200 below invoice.
Thank you for the very kind remarks S. Stewart. Martin receives many glowing reviews from his customers so I am certain that he will be pleased to know that he received another. If there is ever anything that we can do to help you or a friend or family member please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

i believe this dealership is in the process of the “yo-yo” that dealerships do….to explain. i am in the midst of a chatper 7 bankruptcy and was told by this dealership i was approved….took the car home, 8 days later moreless recieve a call stating my financing fell through and they will probaly need the car back….i have already turned in my old car, having been “approved” by them. now i believe i will be left car less, which is nice considering i have a kid and a job…all on the premise that they were helping me…..note to the public DO NOT SIGN A CONDITIONAL CAR SALE AGREEMENT if i would have been fully aware that my purchase was conditional, i would have kept my 2003 pt cruiser if anyone needs this explained better you can e mail me @ [email protected]
Hello [email protected],
You posted the same negative review on DealerRater.com and YP.com then we communicated on 11/11/2011 and 11/12/2011 then I last heard from you on 11/13/2011 through DealerRater.com regarding the National Labor Relations Board screwing you over in Michigan and that being the main reason that you were upset. I really wanted to assist you and so did Dora Lee here but we could not do anything about the Labor Board for you in Michigan. I never did hear back from you and thought that all was resolved. You were then going to edit your reviews for us. Did I miss something? Please let me know if all is resolved now. Best regards, Brian Seifert Business Development Director Blossom Chevrolet, Inc. 317-357-1121
Blossom Chevrolet is very dishonest they are backstabbers and will do whatever to take your money by telling you that you have been approved and get your down payment lets say about ($2500.00 ) and then 15 days later asked you to bring the car in and tell you that you weren’t approved all along and keep ($600.00) of your money and tell you that they were charging as if the car was a rental or lease. I purchased this vehicle on 7/14/2010 and this SUV was a 2005. Who rents or leases a car that old? Also going through paper work they changed the SUV to 3 different prices and tried to double the price. BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE !!!! DO NOT TRUST BLOSSOM !!!!!!! THEY R TRULY RIP OFFS !!!!

I walked in anticipating buying an SUV with a third row seat from Blossom. I had filed Bankruptcy and it had been discharged in October. I was first greeted by a Hispanic gentleman. I told him I needed a bigger vehicle because my family is growing. I told him I wanted an Suv with a 3rd row seat. He tried to get me to buy his wife’s van that she was trading in. I told him I was not interested in a minivan, but an suv. He asked questions then ran my credit. I waited. Another gentleman returned who was the manager of special financing. The manager of special financing compared Blossom to JD Byrider and Oak Motors, saying Blossom was a better dealership, because they take care of their customers. The Salesman came back to promise me he would find an suv with a 3rd row seat the next day and would give me a call. It has been 3 weeks with still no response. I just received a letter in the mail today from Capital One Auto saying my application was denied due to delinquent past or present credit obligations. If I was denied when the Salesman ran the credit check, why make promises to find me the right vehicle when there was no intention of ever finding one?
Blossom @ 1800 N. Shadeland Indianapolis, Ind. is the worst place to buy a auto. Every service complaint I had was NOT taken care of correctly. Since last year my heater has not worked correctly(blows warm tepid air),when I go in they say “Your getting some heat”. The colder outside the less heat inside. This time they charged me $80.00 for an engine check, $104.72 for a engine flush (the third I had), and wanted to charge $180.00 for a Thermostat(I had the thermostat put in at Reeves Buick for $80.00). For some reason they will not fix my Heater, I had to file a complaint with the BBB,first step. I strongly advise anyone out there, keep your hard earned money away from Blossom, even if they try to give you a free auto, put your hands in your pockets and RUN!!!.
FREEZING IN INDY.
I purchased a 2002 Nissan Altima in March 2009. I put down $2,700.00 in cash. Within a few weeks, the oil light came on and I tried to get it in the shop to get it fixed. No one returned my phone calls. I think they were trying to get the time past the 30 day warranty. To make a long story short, I they ended up putting in a catalytic converter which never did fix the problem. And 5 days later the car was totally out of oil. In Michigan, we have a “lemon law,” but apparently not in Indianapolis. They offered me a “trade out” but they weren’t giving me back my $2,700.00. I had already put new tires on the car and a car starater. They showed me only ONE car that was in my price range. I kept calling trying to make arrangements to come in and look at more cars since my work schedule is difficult but no one ever called me back. One day I think I called Desmond 15 times and he never ever called me back. I called his supervisor, the manager, and wrote a letter to the owner and still never heard anything back. I ended up buying another car at a different dealership. My total loss was $5,000.00 but it was worth it not to have to go back to this dealership. These guys are crooks!
