Waited for over 2 months to get a title, was promised Dale Bryant would cover my tags for the hassle. Going on 3 weeks with no contact from him either by email, phone, or voicemail.
Have left messages MULTIPLE times on machine, as well as with staff to return call. NOTHING in return.
Keep feeding the used car saleman stereotype, Superior.
If you are interested in purchasing a Hyundai, check with Trevor Balsbaugh at Superior Hyundai South. My experience from the very beginning was good and I ended up puchasing a new Sante Fe from Trevor. His knowledge on what Hyundai has to offer is excellent and I felt at ease on working with him.
Purchased 07 Elantra with less than 25,000 miles on it less than five months ago from the dealership. I had to have my car towed in because it suddenly became undrivable. Turned out that “someone” prior to my ownership put in off market spark plugs and wires, which were not compatible with the make and model. Therefore, the bad plugs were causing misfires in the engine. I was informed that this wasn’t covered because the parts weren’t hyundai parts???? They sold me a car with off market and uncompatiable parts and expected me to pay to have the car repaired. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They have poor customer service and business practice. Doug, the owner, is never available and doesn’t return calls. Stay away if you don’t want a mismatched hyundai…….
