TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! :mad:Was Sunset Ford, now it is known as Peoria Ford, my advice…STAY AWAY!!! I was there during the day on 10-11-10 and dealt with somebody else but I told her I would return since I had to pick up my daughter, which I did, later in the evening. We waited for almost 20 minutes for someone to come out and help us on the lot. Then I met Tawnya who said she could help me since Tiffany went home already. I found an F-150 and the window said to make an offer, (keep in mind, there was NO STICKER on this used truck) so I made an offer and one of the managers ACCEPTED the offer. After taking it for a test drive and filling it up with gas (since the gage said E= it was on EMPTY) I was ready to sign the papers. We went in and sat down only to wait an extra 40 minutes for a different manager to come over to tell me “No Deal” because of some sort of “Misunderstanding” “but we hope you come back to see us again”. WHAT???? Are you serious? What happened to the dealership fulfilling their promise to us? My daughter was in tears as we left!!! I was in shock!!
You tell me we have a deal until I come in to sign the papers and now, I don’t have a deal because you guys screwed up! THANKS FOR GETTING MY HOPES UP BY TELLING ME THAT THE OFFER WAS ACCEPTED!! AND THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME!!! YOU RUINED MY EVENING…….. CAN’T TRUST THEM AT THIS PLACE!!! And to think, our family has been dealing with Sunset Ford for YEARS, thought I would be loyal and keep it in the family, for what?? A false deal in return!

Great customer service. The Service Advisor kept me informed during my repair, quoted me a price and didn’t go over, and my vehicle was ready when promised. They also go over a “vehicle inspection” with you to let you know what may be needed in your future visits. 🙂
This dealerships service dept. is one of the worst I have seen. Their customer service skills are terrible. They act as though they are doing you a favor rather than their job. They just don’t offer that warm fuzzy feeling. Our experience was very similar to Ed Y.’s experience (another reviewer). They wait till the last minute to tell you that they didn’t have a chance to check out you vehicle. After a very undelightful experience with customer service and the service dept. we went to pick up our vehicle and they didn’t wash it (as they mentioned they would; one of the fine perks of being a “member”) and they didn’t clean up after themselves by leaving cut wires all over the drivers side floor. I have never experienced anything quite like their customer service before (and we have been there three times). We just thought that possibly they were having a bad day, but appears that everyday is a bad day for them. I just don’t understand how the keep customers coming back. We are moving our business to Sanderson Ford, as it has always been a pleasant experience dealing with them, but the downfall was they are quite a drive for us. It will be worth it though!!
