Acura will have a pivotal role in THOR as the official vehicle of S.H.I.E.L.D.
S.H.I.E.L.D., the fictional worldwide peace-keeping organization of the Marvel Comics Universe, has a leading role in this film portrayal of the iconic comic-book series. Throughout THOR, S.H.I.E.L.D. agents drive various Acura vehicles, including the MDX, ZDX, RL and TL models.

When purchasing the vehicle, the sales assistant manager and finance manager lying about the monthly payment to me in order to let me buy the extend warranty.
They told me the regular monthly payment (60 months) will be $180 without buying extend warranty and $210 with buying it.
I asked how come the original price is $2250 and my price is $1800 ($30 x 60).
They said “that is the special deal we provide”.
Therefore I purchased the extend warranty.
Later I found out my monthly payment will be $160~ if I don’t purchase the warranty.
I went back to cancel the warranty three days later. (5/26/10)
When I received the bill in June, the amount still not yet return to my account.
I called and they said “it needs 45 days to process”.
When I received the bill in July, the amount still not yet return to my account.
I called in and the original finance quit the job and a new lady told me she will follows up my case but never call me back.
When I received the bill in August, the amount still not yet return to my account.
I called in and the lady forgot my case and said will get back to me.
So far I haven’t hear anything from them yet.
I personally have experience of buying 5 vehicles in my life.
This is the worst experience i ever had and i believe it will be the worst one in my life.
I like Acura, but, do not go to this dealer to buy any vehicle.
Recently purchased a 2006 Honda Ridgeline from South Coast Acura.
Love the truck, but what a bunch of imbeciles !!
And noting the number of complaints on this dealership not surprised.
Why these guys are still in business is amazing, does Acura US not act on these complaints? Obviously not!
I spent 5 hours there the 2nd day! to get paperwork done, 5 hours of listening to other customers complain ! Unfortunately they had my money and had no consideration for me at all. The general manager Keith Johnson, the sales manager Robert and the owner Matt Maloci are the most unprofessional threesome I’ve ever encountered.
I would guess Matt’s daddy handed over the keys upon retiring, and Matty hired all his drinking buddies !! STAY AWAY !!

Istarted off by looking MDX with sales Person Brian. May be knowledgeable aboutcar technology but certainly not knowledgeable about the car that I wanted tolook. The car has so many visible problems and immediately looking at the car Iasked whether it has been involved in an accident and he replied in negative. Iasked why this car is cheaper than other to which he replied They got it for lessand hence sell it for less -Their pain your gain. Stereotype answer. I plainlytold him that I am not getting vibes to buy this car but he kept on pushing andwe landed up in his cabin where there was chair for only 2 for 3 of us. Idragged a chair from adjacent cabin. I told him about so many things and heagreed to all of them but I could tell from the way he was talking that nothingis going to be taken care of. I so wanted to get out of that place. I asked tosee car fax report. Voila Car was involved in accident. Now cover-up started. Itried to negotiate on price and then the sales manager Doug came. He wanted toeither negotiate repairs or price-not both. Who would take that car in thecondition it was. When I told them that even after fixing the car I would notgive the retail price and I would keep on looking. He turned hostile andlaughed at Brian and repeated my words. Later I found out that the car failedsmog test too and it was in the car-fax report. No wonder they wanted to sellthe car their and then. I would advise to stay away from those crooks andhaving heard so many complaints about them, I will never go to them even if Ihave to pay a little bit extra at Cerritos Acura.
