Waited for 4 weeks for a carburretor and regular tune up on a 1976 HONDA CB 550. Charged $1033.00 of which $825.00 was “labor”. On arriving at the dealership to collect the bike, the representative stated that it was “ready to go”. THE BIKE WOULD NOT START! The bike had to be jump started and warmed up for approximately 10minutes. Left the dealership and after 100 yards, the engine stalled. Bike had to be pushed back to the dealership. Representative informed me to come back at 4:30 pm. During my journey to collect bike, he called to say he “didn’t feel comfortable releasing it” as there might be problems with the charging system. When submitting the bike for repair 4 weeks ago, representative was asked to check out the charging system. Extremely disappointed at the overall customer service considering the 4 week wait and the cost of labor, equating to approximately 7 hours.
