Overall – I had a great experience. This dealership worked with me on the price I wanted for a used vehicle and I feel I got an excellent deal. I’m very pleased with my vehicle purchase. It was quick and painless. I would recommend the salesman use less of they typical sales jargon. “Your gonna love this car” , blah blah blah and just stick to the facts.
My truck ( which has 2 fuel tanks needed a new electric pump in the rear tank, and a new sending unit in the front tank. The dealer replaced these parts and the truck has been fine so far ( only 2 days). That is not the problem. To do this work you must drain both fuel tanks of gas. I know what the procedure is, as I worked for a dealership as a mechanic some years ago. I had a full rear tank, and almost a full front tank when I took the truck in. When I picked it up it had 1/2 tank in the rear tank, and about 1/4 in the front. I questioned them, and they assured me all my fuel was returned to the truck. I assured them, I had almost 2 full tanks. I filled the truck up after leaving the dealer, and it took $40.00 to fill it. I asked my service advisor what could be done for me and he said he didn’t think anything could be done. I called the service manager Gary Pierson the next day, and he said the same thing. I don’t know where the fuel went, but I explained to Mr. Pierson, I would no longer be a Bill Marsh customer, he said he was sorry to hear that. I also explained I was planning to buy a new truck in the spring, but I won’t be buying it from them. So for $40.00 worth of gas they have lost all my business. I guess they really don’t care as they are the only game in town now. Miss you George.
no pressure, very nice and informative, excelent finance options and everything was explained to me. I purchased an extended warranty, witch i never do but the price was more than fair and i have used it, so thank god i was explained the benifits instead od just a price. I have sent 3 friends that have bought cars and we all share the same opinion. We have found OUR dealership. Thank you
