My San Marcos Chrysler D reviewThese guys are crooks. They took advantage of me. They sold me a truck with a “8 speed” transmission then when i get back home 1000 miles away I find out it wasn’t an 8 speed it was a 6 speed. I also called them to cancel my “state required gap insurance” and they never returned my calls until i contacted the general manager. There is no state requirement for gap insurance as i was lied to and led to believe. I was at this dealership for 7 hours to get this vehicle. I was happy with my purchase till all the truth came out. I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership and would not suggest them to another person. Look else were for your vehicle needs. Finally I do know it is state law to have window stickers in a vehicle. There was none in my truck which is how they scammed me. I called the dealership requesting they make this right. They refuse. So I will seek legal recourse through the BBB and my attorney. Lastly, they convinced me and begged me to give them good reviews on the survey call i would receive, which i did before i realized all the crooked garbage they pulled. I have since called the survey company and am trying to adjust that accordingly.

My San Marcos Chrysler D reviewOn 1/30/11 I bought a truck from this dealer. When I left there to go to the Bank they put a bing dent on the righht side of my truck. I was not told about it but when I got up the next day I saw it.I took it back the next day and showed them the dent. They told me that they would repair it but after them keeping it of 6 days I found them painting it with a piant brush and a bottle of paint. I reported them to the BBB and now after they lied to them about the way that I bought the truck and other stuff they went from a B rateing to none at all for now. One moor thing if you do go the look very close to what your looking to buy because the top of my Truck (the cab) the paint is close to rust, and when I pointed this out to them he just said nobody washes the top anyway. And I have a sun roof so they lied there because someone had to clean the class up there. He wants me to call what do you think Look who wants me to call and talk, They all ready lied to the BBB, They lie when they said I did not call or texs I got phone records showing that I did. Plus they did not respond back to BBB when I showed that they lied. Don t Trust this dealer. They got my name number and money so if he wants to get to the bottom of this I think we should do this by e-mail Phillip, thank you for leaving us feedback and bringing this to my attention. Naturally, I m very concerned about your experience with us earlier last year. It s completely unacceptable and I want to get to the bottom of it with my team.
